This Home is set up like a 5 star hotel. Beautiful newly remodeled with clean lines and colors. Back patio couches are the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and chat, or watch a football game on the patio. Always maintained to the always look great. If your in town for a little get away or visiting Tx Med center this home is 15 min away from anything in houston. Although nestled in the suburbs its close to interstate travel and in one of the safest areas in the suburb.

Great space.
The place was great for our family of 5. Plenty of space! It was cold in Houston when we were there so recommend a few things, extra blankets, fire sticks to watch football (or note to bring own), make sure to lock back door as it would swing open on its own and add a few more tips on recycle, heat schedule etc. All that said, the wine for purchase was a great touch to a very spacious, clean house.

Amazing Host
Josh was absolutely amazing host. The breaker had tripped from the storm a week or so before our rental so the backyard lights were not coming on. I called Josh he was there within three minutes and had the lights on and working. He's very personable, and extremely gracious, I would recommend this home to anyone that will be staying in the Pearland Manvel Rosharon area. The home is spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood. Thank you Josh for your hospitality and your amazing customer service.

Summerland Resort
Property was sparkling clean and nicely remodeled. Back patio and fire pit are lovely. A pool is not located at this property.
