This is a new location for me, be the first to experience it, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and quiet, definitely a place for families looking to enjoy themselves.

Weekend visit
Weekend visit and booking was as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was aLeo nice and had plenty of seating for our guest.

Braeburn Stay.
Overall good place to stay. Nice outdoor space for gathering with family or friends. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, common areas were clean and cozy.

House is clean and spacious. At the last minute I added four more family and host was most helpful getting us more bedding. Lock was a little tricky. As soon as we called, the host was able to unlock it remotely. Nice large living room area to gather and play games watch TV. Nice place.

Spacious and clean!
House was easy to get to, clean and spacious! The kitchen was especially useful to prepare dishes for our Easter weekend. It had a ton of space and plenty of cookware and utensils! Thanks Randall!

A beautiful charmer
Its an older home that was brought back to life. The details and lay out of the home are the best. We've stayed at a few places around Houston, and this by far was our best experience and will be coming back soon. Easy access to and from the freeway, stores, NRG stadium, etc. Its also pet friendly which is must for us and our corgi.

Flies throughout the house
The house was fine and the check-in process was nice however, during our stay there were flies everywhere. no matter how many we killed, they kept reappearing. I informed the owner and he Instacarted some fly traps however, they did not help at all. Unfortunately, we only stayed 3 nights so the problem was not resolved during our stay and we were not offered any compensation. I would not recommend for that reason because we did not like cooking or eating around flies as it was unsanitary.

Updated home with nice renovations, but needs more attention to cleaning and details
The air in the house was staled and smelled like cats and dogs. It appeared to have been unoccupied for some time but improved once the air conditioner and ceiling fans were turned on. Thank God I travel with Febreze and B&BW sprays. We had to try multiple times before door unlocked. This was frustrating due to the rain. There were no tvs in any of the bedrooms. Only in the den and office/futon area. That wasn't a big deal, but it would have been a nice distraction from the things I discovered. The rugs in the master bathroom were dingy and stained. The bath towels smelled staled however they were very absorbent. The hand-held showerhead in the master bathroom worked but the overhead shower did not. We had to juggle the showerhead in one hand and stand in the cold while bathing with the other. After getting in bed I went to plug in my phone charger and discovered 4 dead flies on left hand side of the bed. We later discovered several dead flies in the window pane in the master bathroom, but that was diminutive compared to the plethora of dead flies in the bedroom window pane! I HAVE PICTURES. I believe a fogger was used to rid the home of any fleas or ticks, as pets are allowed. A thorough cleaning would have solved this problem. The pictures on the website are the best parts of this home. My takeaway from this experience is to skip homes that allow pets. Randall was nice and responsive. This home is beautiful, warm and inviting but more attention to detail is needed.

Perfect Place for a Family!
We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond for us! When we had an issue, the host addressed it asap and got it fixed! The home accommodated my family perfectly. We even had a homemade pizza night inspired by the kitchen’s theme!

Spacious Home
This property is huge! I love how the rooms had some space between them. It was more than enough room for our whole family and very comfy. Randall was great and everything was set up perfectly. Our boys loved it and so did we. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Family Spring Break

Great floor plan with comfortable furnishings.
Randall was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and the floor plan layout was very nice. Bedrooms are located in three different areas of the house with the family,dining,kitchen being in the center. The family room was enjoyable with its fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and modernized. HVAC worked very well. We would definitely pick this house again in the future.
