I only stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a strong spray. The small cabinet refrigerator was cold. The combination a/c & heater thermostat was accurate. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast. The tv offered numerous stations and the wifi had a strong signal.

The property was conveniently located, and I slept comfortably. Considering how crazy the roads are in Houston, it was relatively easy to get to. The toilet in the room I was in had to be flushed a couple times whenever it was used, but that could probably be adjusted. I had hoped for some juice or milk that I could just grab and go with for breakfast, since I'm not a coffee person; however the continental breakfast looked and smelled good. I'll likely be back next time I need to stay overnight in Houston. The staff was friendly.

So the hotel itself is nice. THERE WONT BE ANYMORE BREAKFAST per the staff. I was very upset bc I read the reviews and all said they had good breakfast but they have now stopped it. The pool scenery is very nice and my kids loved it. This is a very large hotel and we were put all the way to the back at the top I hated the walk but I am now on the first floor, which is so much better. There is no microwave in the rooms, so u have to warm your food downstairs. If u get a room far like me do everything before you have to go back to your room. Overall very good and clean hotel.

The hotel is very ducked off but it’s really nice and clean. I did not like the fact that we were put all the way on the 3rd floor in the middle of the hotel which was miles away from the elevator and they don’t have microwaves in the rooms. So if u wanna warm something and u get a far room just wait until the next morning. I did get a first floor and that was very convenient to everything. The pool area is nice and clean and very pretty at night. When I read the reviews before the stay it stated they had breakfast, currently THEY ARE NO LONGER SERVING BREAKFAST only coffee, which was disappointing. Overall everything else was nice and they have a gas station in the front of the hotel and some stores on the back street of the hotel.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! Rosa at the front desk was super efficient, very friendly and made me feel like an old friend vs just a guest. Would go back for her stellar service alone. Rooms were clean & nice. Hotel overall was quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We asked to be moved to a different room after our first night there. We moved rooms in the middle of the night because the mold was so strong it was making our eyes water and skin crawl any times we went into the bathroom. We thought the move at first was the right choice although the bathroom in the second spot felt even worse. We were wrong. We couldn’t turn on the AC unit because we would INSTANTLY start itching and eye would hurt. We didn’t want to move again so we suffered through the last night. We let the frount desk know about the issues and that they had a serious infestation of mites in the second room. If your skin looks like you just took acid with how wavy it is and the sweat covered notebook you keep in your back pocket looks like someone just left you a good morning pick me up YOU HAVE AN INFESTATION! The whole place obviously has mold and mold brings mold mites which can bring scabies and skin infections and everything else you don’t want to be paying $100 or more a night for.
