Upon my arrival, no one was at the front desk, and I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes before someone finally checked me in. I also noticed a sign stating there would be no breakfast, even though the app I booked through indicated that breakfast would be available the next day.
The condition of the lobby was extremely disappointing, as it was filthy and in need of cleaning. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. When I got to my room, I found there were no towels available. I returned to the lobby to request towels, and the staff member retrieved only one towel for me, which was stained. When I asked for additional towels, I was told that was the last one available.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope you will take immediate action to address these concerns for future guests.
