Hotel is brilliant, as are the staff. More needs to be done about the vagrants though. Was waiting for my car from valet and was aggressive accosted by a group of them. Watched it happen to three other people aswell. Would probably recommend having security posted on the main door.

Very clean hotel, great customer service.Walking distance to Minute Maid stadium.Nice to walk to during the day,but not in the evening. Great food in their restaurant .Our room was a lot smaller than what it appears online, mold above AC vent in room. We were on 4th floor , window overlooking busy street, could hear all traffic and public transportation noise.
