The house is in a great location with quick access to I-45 and minutes from the Woodlands Mall and Waterway with all its conveniences.It was just the right size for 6 adults with three comfortable bedrooms and two full baths. It is nicely remodeled and very clean. One small suggestion would be to add a couple more pillows in each bedroom. Overall great stay!

We were very pleased with this property. Warm and cozy. Perfect for my family to bring in the New Year! Very comfortable beds and a functional kitchen. Close in proximity to absolutely everything.

Location and neighborhood are great. A quiet cul-de-sac. Kitchen, living room and backyard are nice. No real storage for clothes. Beds are very low to the ground but comfortable. Would stay again.

Lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood
We loved staying here! The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed including coffee! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great and high quality. The backyard was shady and very relaxing! Also it may seem like a minor detail :) but I really appreciate a host who provides premium toilet paper and not industrial grade! Thanks again for having us!

Awesome Stay
My sister and I traveled with my 88 year old Dad to have Thanksgiving with family members who resided in The Woodlands. The entire rental process was very smooth. The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again- highly recommend.

Clean, Quiet, and Attractive
My wife and I were in town for a wedding. We picked this place because it was a better deal than a hotel, and we hoped that it would be quieter, too. We were right. The home is situated on a quiet cul de sac in a modest neighborhood. Much better than a noisy hotel. For us, anyway. The home is well kept, and the recent remodel looks really nice. Our bed was comfortable, we had all the amenities we needed, and the deck in the backyard was a peaceful and relaxing space to read in. I didn't walk away feeling like we needed anything additional to make our stay better. It was well located near the Woodlands Mall, so there were plenty of options for food. It was only about 20 minutes from the airport. Check-in was a breeze. If you're looking for a place to stay near Houston, you should stay here

BIRTHDAY PARTY
WE WERE IN TOWN TO ATTEND A BIRTHDAY PARTY. GREAT LOCATION. HANDY TO THE PARTY VENUE, SHOPPING AND EATING. COMFORTABLE HOUSE IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD/STREET WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR PARKING. OUTDOOR DECK MADE IT EASY TO ENJOY THE GREAT WEATHER. SUGGEST THAT THE OWNER CONSIDER SEALING THE WOODEN COUNTERTOPS TO PROTECT FROM STAINS. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THE GAS GRILL THE NEXT TIME WE RENT THE HOUSE. A COUPLE MORE PILLOWS FOR EACH BEDROOM WOULD BE WELCOMED.
