Property was good we found out last minute that we were being switched to a different property. This property didn’t have much only one big towel the WiFi info was incorrect a few things were missing but it was still a good stay

The hurricane had hit Houston and we had no place with electricity and finally found this place. Very good communication and beautiful place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

I was a little confused by the property. I did not know there were 3 units when I booked this, let alone had to climb the most dangerous outdoor staircase I have ever seen. The accommodations were fine, but did not seem the cleanest. Overall this is an OK property.

There were leaks in the ceiling with mold that were not pictured in the listing. It’s an apartment style building and the people in the top unit were extremely rowdy. I had to call the police for domestic violence. The host did NOTHING. It was just me and my 3 kids there, very scary.

Amazing Location!
Great Location! Everything was max 15mins away! The host was amazing. My flight landed very late and I had to call and he was still available answer my questions, amazing service! The neighbor is very nice, not once was I concerned or my surroundings. The apartment was very clean, bedding, towels were clean as well! There is a washer and dryer which was very efficient! My only two con are there is a train near by that constantly runs but if you have ear plugs or sleep deep than no worries. Also, the stairs to the location are very steep and the width of the steps are not that wide. I would not recommend for anyone elderly or with joint issues. Besides that, amazing place!!!!! Please do not pass this up if you are in need of a nice and clean apt very close to the city!!!!!!
