Booked online for $42. Man at counter cancelled our reservation then said it was $52 if we have cash and $55 if not. when we left they said if we come back, they’ll make it $30/night but i doubt that. totally scammed us. room had broken locks, stabs in the wall. wifi didnt work. elevator was out. burn holes in the blankets and pillows. the shower wasnt clean and water was freezing, it was really gross. and for that price? $30/ night TOPS, but $55? no. don’t do it. there are better places! like the side of the highway for example!
There were roaches. The place was not that clean. Elevator didn't work. The walls were super thin you could hear the guests in the surrounding rooms. Wouldn't go there again.
This place is not a good place I went to get a room this weekend and the first thing the lady say is you can't have company in your room no visitors are allowed. You can't tell people that if they rent that room they can have whoever they want in there
This property's manager did not want to honor the price Expedia gave to me. They asked me to cancel my reservation and book directly through them. I called Expedia and canceled my reservation but had them to book me with another hotel. The management is crooked. They tried to put me in a compromising position because they wanted more money.
Rude service, controlling and overall unpleasant. Location is unpresentable and has b. bugs.. Establishment did not want to refund me upon the discovery of the Bed B. Instead they tell me I have allergies &/or that somehow, it is my fault so they were utterly reluctant to give me my money back! I was forced out of characterer just so I could be treated with respect when they finally decided to still charged me for a night but return what was left over from my overall stay..
To be frank the place is old and need major upgrades. You have a nice mini fridge and microwave however its not enough outlets for them or the lamps. The tv is pretty shabby and the cable was all fuzz not at all worth what was being asked. If I could've stayed anywhere else i would have definitely done so. There was mold and mildew on the furniture there tou could tell the property has some sort of water damage. Oh but the best part was when I was told in order to flush I had to turn the shower on!
Very rude front desk attendant. Booked on hotels.com and upon arrival the attendant increased the price by 5 dollars and insisted I pay by cash even though I had only my cards on me. I had to trek with my luggage to an ATM to get cash at 11pm in the night. Room had stains on the bed, strands of hair all over the room, the room I booked on the app was not given to me and I was given a different room.
