Welcome to our beautiful new home in Wimberly, please be aware that if you are staying at the property there is zero access to the community pool. The pool is purely for owners of the homes and does not allow for people to enter even if you want to pay.
It is the perfect destination for your next business, family, or leisure getaway. This new construction, two-story home boasts 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests.

The home features a private primary suite downstairs with a large walk-in closet and an additional bedroom downstairs with a private bath, perfect for those who need some extra privacy. The family room, informal dining room, and spacious island kitchen are open to the family room making it perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious game room, perfect for family fun and relaxation. The covered patio and attached 2-car tandem garage provide extra space for outdoor activities and storage.

This community is surrounded by beauty and peace in the West Lake Houston area of northeast Beltway 8 in Humble, providing you with a peaceful retreat. The home includes 6 oversized bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and a half bath, mini-gym, and game room.

Stay connected with the smart TV's throughout the house with service provided by Netflix and WiFi throughout the house. Gym buffs will enjoy the mini-gym with a stationary bicycle, free weights, and yoga mat.

Located less than 25 minutes from Hurricane Splash Town and Old Town Spring, and 35 minutes from The Woodlands Town Center (Woodlands Mall, restaurants, Riverwalk, etc.). If you are headed to Houston or the Med Center or a sporting event; you can access I-45 which is 15 minutes from the property; Access to Hardy Toll is 2 miles from the property with travel time to Downtown Houston in less than 20 minutes. The Grand Parkway (99) in less than 8 minutes. The George Bush Intercontinental Airport is just 15 minutes away as well.

Please note that the backyard grass has just been planted and it will take about a month to have a nice lawn. This property is non-smoking and overnight street parking is not allowed. The property has the availability to park 5 cars.

The home was absolutely fabulous. As the photos do not do justice to the entire house and the home owner provided everything such as coffee garbage bags, towels with wash cloths. I can truly say we all felt at home for the five days we stayed at the residence. I can't say enough about this property it was upscale all the way through the home with top of the line everything. It has everything you need for the stay. All the beds were very comfy and all the linen and everything was top of the line. The owner was very quit to answer any questions you had. Easy access to the home with a code. I made a wish that God would bless me with a home as wonderful as that one me and my friends didn't want to leave. And it's in an awesome neighborhood. I will book every time i come to Houston. Amazing Stay!
Perfect! There were alot of us, but everyone had there own space! Very nice, safe, and secure neighborhood. There is even a pool lagoon in the area and other amenities. The house is beautiful and every comfort of home was available, well thought out and just perfect for a very large family!
