Used the link texted to pre check in to just able to get the keys. Got there after 9 hours of driving to have to wait to do it all over again. The guy at the front desk talked to me like I was stupid. Finally got the keys got to the room it was clean except for the office chair, had white stains all over it. Gross. When morning came around, walked down to get the breakfast, which was very limited, and the same guy from the night before told us we could not eat the breakfast in our room, we did not want to sit in their little area to eat, so we ate in our car. Why have a hotel room with a full size fridge, microwave and not allow the breakfast be taken to the room. Went down to the front desk to ask if we can check out at noon as this was texted to us as an option to be told by the lady they do not offer that because they only have 40 rooms. Why are these links being texted with information and not accurate? I hope I get the extra money back they charged on my card of $50 cause this was nothing like the hotel I stayed at the night before that texted the same links. Horrible customer service.
