Great location on the river/lake. Very private. The neighborhood is very private and quiet. The property has no dock but features a ladder into the water. The water is perfect for tubing, swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. If you have a boat you will need ropes to tie off.

Beautiful Views!
We were looking for a place with a nice view for our weekend stay in Houston. This place was perfect. Although the weather was rainy most of the weekend, we had an opportunity to spend 4 sunny hours on the deck Friday evening and it was such a peaceful setting. There were more than enough beds and the property was very clean. The property manager checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going fine.
