Enjoy this 4 story unattached town home with a fantastic view of the city from 4th level rooftop deck! Contemporary living, smart-enabled access, rooftop view of the city, garage parking, complete with Wifi, stainless steel appliances, comfy sectional for additional sleeping area, smart surround sound system, second floor deck, 3 bedrooms available, 3.5 baths available. Due to owner’s allergies, this is a smoke-free, pet free home. We are walking distance from NRG stadium and the medical center. Minutes from Downtown, Pearland and the the Galleria area.

This is a smart house complete with alarm system, keyless entry, smart thermometers, and camera on the first floor, entrance and exit and one space in covered garage.

Absolutely, NO PARTIES/EVENTS on the property. If we see more people entering the house than what was specified at booking, we will contact the police to have you removed from the property immediately. You will then be assessed a fine of $1000 (forfeit of damage deposit).

Concert Stay
We picked this condo specifically for it's proximity NRG stadium. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The condo did not disappoint. It was a short, safe walk to the NRG stadium. The host was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early. The place was very clean and very well kept. There was a little problem with the AC unit, but a quick couple texts to the host and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend this condo, especially if you are attending an event at NRG stadium.

Perfect location for NRG
I originally booked this place because of location, it was walking distance to NRG. The 4 stories provided enough privacy when needed. Loved the speakers in the ceiling and the huge TV to watch the games. I’ll be back next year! Thanks for a great stay Shay!

This is a great property and Shay is a wonderful host. On the first night, we had an issue where the gas was not on. Shay quickly responded and worked to resolve the situation. The house has plenty of space, everything you needed for the kitchen (we cooked brunch), location is great, and was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend! Close by the NRG Stadium, and lounge 2200. 30mins from IAH, 20 mins from hobby.

Wow! This was an amazing experience. Shay was an extremely gracious host, who offered clear communication and valuable updates throughout our stay. Modern layout. Creative yet minimalistic decor create the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Very clean. Fourth floor balcony to die for. Central location makes it very easy to get around town.
