It is a requirement to respect Quiet Hours from 10PM to 8AM and all other house rules pertaining to noise levels out of respect for these neighbors.

2) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

3) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

Intruded upon our privacy/provided no way to clean and then charged us for not being clean enough
I would not stay here ever again. The host forced us to let him inside the apartment while we were staying there. He gave us no option and forced us even though I stated I was not comfortable with him being there with my dog. He lied and stated I denied having a dog yet I have never said anyt such thing and requested the vrbo for 5 people and one dog. I have since been charged 150$ more for “excessive dog hair” but I was provided absolutely no way to clean the vrbo. There was no dustpan or vacuum at all. We swept and lint rolled everything in the apartment as best we could. This is a scam. They provide no way to clean so they can make sure to charter 150 more for lack of cleanliness. The manager is both rude and unwillinf to listen. I will be fighting my charge and would never recommend this place to anyone.
