DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!! Listen to the other reviews. This property owner/host was completely unresponsive. They did not provide access information and did not respond to my calls or messages. VRBO customer service could not get in contact with them either. Worst experience I've ever had booking through VRBO.

I booked this property weeks ago. 3 days before my arrival I hadn’t received check in information. I tried contacting host with no success. I waited a day and tried again. No success. I called VRBO and they tried with no success. I was told by VRBO to go to Houston on my scheduled day and then email them after 3pm and if I still had not heard from my host that VRBO would right the wrong. I emailed VRBO after 3 and waited 1.5 hours driving around Houston with no response. I then called VRBO and after a 35 minute call, they offered me a one night free stay after I had already paid for a weekend stay. This was ridiculous. They still had my money and told me it could take 4-6 weeks for my refund. So then I had to try and find a room at the last minute for the remainder of my stay because VRBO making it right only offered a one day stay. The room rates were more expensive than if I would have booked in advance costing me more money that I was prepared to pay. VRBO handled this situation wrongfully. Even if they couldn’t have covered my other 2 nights for free, they could have at least booked them for me at a discount rate to right the wrong. I would not recommend VRBO.
