Great location and very clean, well furnished
Nice townhouse in a great location...quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. We loved being able to walk to the park with a great walking trail. It was also nice to be so close to Whole Foods. The property management company (Evolve) was awesome.

Large home in a great neighborhood
We enjoyed a spectacular long weekend in this home. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the floor plan was perfect for our group of seven (although the home would have accommodated more!) It is located very close to Downtown Houston with a CVS two blocks away and a Whole Foods just around the corner. We appreciated the two-car garage and the easy access to Allen Parkway and Memorial Park. Excellent home! We would stay here, again!

This rental was great for our location and housing needs, but I was disappointed to find that there were no pillowcases on two of the beds. I had to go out and purchase them which was not what I would expect for a rental in this location and at this price.

My friends and I were visiting for a weekend getaway. The property was nice. Although I appreciate a firm mattress, the bed was a little too hard for me. In addition, I do wish there was a TV in the bedrooms. I like watching when going to bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was everything! Area was quite!
The property for the most part was as listed. It was very clean! The instructions in the email were very clear and informative except the code to enter the residence was incorrect. Had to call the owner to gain access to the property with a different code. But it was very quick! The Texas Heat is very real and the A/C in the house took a longtime to cool the house down. It doesn't go below 72 degrees, therefore the house was very warm for the most part. The beds were worn in and need to be replaced, you definitely sink into a dent that was created by previous renters. There are no face cloths provided in the house. Overall, the stay was very good! Definitely recommend for large groups.

Great weekend trip!!
I originally booked this townhome to celebrate my bachelorette trip with 8 girls! We had a great time and the house was very spacious for all of us. The master bedroom was huge. Lots of space for entertainment! We had brunch on the back porch on a cute table. Great time with memories I’ll have my whole life. The owner was very responsive about any of my questions.

Great townhouse
We had an excellent stay at this property. It is extremely clean, modern and new - and exactly as shown in the photos. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The location is very close to the Museum District and Med Center, our family enjoyed accessing the Zoo and Natural History Museum in just a 5 minute ride. The neighborhood is lively and there is nightly music and activity, which was louder and busier than anticipated. Overall it was a great stay, just be aware of audible neighborhood music in the evenings. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful.

The location was nice. A few things could have been better. No hand towels downstairs, no rags in bathrooms. No top sheets were put on the bed. Kitchen pots and pans are very worn out and there are minimal dishes. One of the beds is very creaky and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a good stay.

Home was a good size for our group with space to spread out and enjoy time together. Location was terrific - quick Uber ride to downtown, good restaurants within walking distance. Well stocked, with the exception of hand soap. Management was easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful in a great hip area.
We loved the neighborhood! There were restaurants within walking distance and a Whole Foods one block down the street. We were in town for a conference and had 10 people in the house. The home offered enough room so that we weren't on top of each other.

Terrific home away from home!
We were in Houston for our son’s graduation from Rice and booked this house in the Montrose area. It was clean, easy to get to, had plenty of space and lots of light.
