"Pascale, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She helped with dinner reservations and information about the area. Breakfast was made to order in a darling dining room. The entire property was charming nestled next to a vineyard. On-site parking and a lovely garden were a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here if you are interested in the Medoc area, "

"Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! "

"Bonjour Marie Christine et Jean Pierre! Nous avons passé nos vacances en famille (4 personnes, 2 filles de 19 et 16 ans) dans votre maison en juillet et août 2024. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour vos réponses rapides via e-mail avant et pendant notre séjour chez vous. Nous nous sommes senti toujours bien informés par vous. Votre maison est très bien outilisé avec tous les appareils ménager de qu'on a besoin et le climat dans le bâtiment était agréable quand il a fait très chaud dehors. Chaque jour nous avons préparé le repas dans la cuisine et mangé dans la loggia dans le jardin. Le soir nous avons utilisé la loggia pour lire ou jouer des yeux en famille. Le village se trouve centrale sur la péninsule et avec la voiture on achève les plages, autres villages et cités en 20-30 min. Un petit désavantage est qu'il faut rouler longtemps sur les routes nationales pour visiter les grandes villes comme Bordeaux, La Rochelle etc. Mai nous avons toujours profités des routes en achetant du vin aux châteaux et beaucoup de fruits de mer dans les supermarchés... :-) Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour votre gentillesse et le contact familiale - avec plaisir nous revenirons un jour. "Pour une location à 1200 euros la semaine je suis très déçu. Est indiqué 2 chambres alors qu’il n’y en a qu’une seule. Il faut aimer la promiscuité comme les 2 chambres sont séparées par un simple rideau. Ma déception vient certainement des photos qui ne montrent jamais que les 4 lits sont dans la même chambre. Question propreté j’ai dû laver les poêles, casseroles et saladiers. Pour le barbecue prévu, penser à amener votre grille et autres ustensiles. Plancha déconseillée. Elle n’a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps. L’année prochaine je reloue mais à côté pour 800 euros au lieu de 1200 pour la même période. A ÉVITER ! P.S. : j’ai des photos au cas où vous seriez intéressés. "

"We went with my son age 9 and he loved the pools. It was very handy for the beautiful beach and Atlantic Sea. It was also very convenient for the Carrefour Contact supermarket and all the bars, shops and restaurants in town. We had a studio for x4 people ( we were a group of 3) and it was perfectly adequate. Very clen and a nice balcony. It was a bit small, but much bigger than where we had briefly stayed before going there. But we booked very much at the last minute and we liked it. We would like to come again and book a larger apartment. There is no air con, but we had two plug in fans that we had bought with us, so those and the balcony door being left open when we were there , was fine. "

"The property was damp on arrival, dirty cutlery and cobwebs in all rooms. This property has DEFINITELY NOT been refurbished as per the website. The washing machine had a part missing that was only fixed on our last day, altogether Cyril was available for us this property was not worth the money we spent."

"We have just spent half term with our grandchildren at Sylvain’s property. The property was very secure, completely enclosed. The pool cover was lockable to avoid any accidents. The pool was heated which was a bonus. There was plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Inside, the living area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge freezer having an ice cube dispenser was handy. Sylvain responded well to any issues, or questions we had. The one thing that could have been improved was the information folder. Maybe some recommendations for restaurants, activities and supermarkets. We all had a great time."
