Composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed of 140cm, a large bathroom with a double washbasin and a separate toilet.
The house also consists of a converted garage. There is also the possibility of parking 1 or 2 cars in front of the house.
Outside, a pleasant garden closed of 600m2 with view on the forest, includes a wooden terrace with a living room of garden and parasol.
Close to shops and downtown Hourtin. The market is accessible on foot or by bike by bike paths.
Near the lake and its water activities.

Une maison très agréable pour un séjour au calme
Une maison à la fois fonctionnelle et confortable. Très bien située, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à deux pas du centre ville d'Hourtin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, les équipements en bon état, et surtout la terrasse donnant sur un jardin de bonne taille. Certes, ce jardin a un vis à vis sur celui des voisins, mais ce n'est pas un souci car ils sont charmants. Si vous aimez les balades à pied ou à vélo dans la forêt, aux bords du lac, ou vers l'océan, nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison et le Médoc !
