Apartment 2 of Villa Simone F3

F3 apartments with private common landing and balcony with garden view (apartment 2 and apartment 3). It is located 200 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the market square and close to the train station and all amenities. Parking is free around the villa if you are arriving by car. Equipped kitchen; WIFI internet access, TV and DVD player, laundry. Each Villa Simone apartment is flexible and communicates through a double soundproof door. For example, an entire floor can be rented according to the number of beds desired. Provide sheets, if you do not have them they will be provided for a fee. The villa can accommodate our animal friends. Only the electric barbecue is also allowed on the balconies.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. C'est toujours très agréable d'être bien accueilli, dans un appartement spacieux et confortable. Un tout grand merci à Monsieur Léo et à la dame chargée du nettoyage : ils sont supers !

Une villa classée très bien située
Appartement agréable (spacieux, avec une très belle vue sur jardin et une terrasse), très bien située (à 5 minutes de la plage, du manège, des jeux gonflables, et du centre ville avec ses commerces et son marché couvert). Nous nous sommes tous les 3 bien plus dans cet endroit au charme désuet, et reviendrons sans doute prochainement. Merci pour tout.

Lieu très bien situé
Un peu surpris de ne pas être directement en contact avec le propriétaire mais le concierge a été très sympathique et prévenant avec nous. Cm recommandations pour le propriétaire : contacter ses futurs locataires 24h avant et expliquer les modalités d'arrivée sans attendre que ce soit le locataire qui prenne contact. Pour l'appartement. Il est vrai qu'il mériterait un rafraîchissement notamment les salles de bain et le matelas du grand lit qui a vécu (au centre il y a une différence de niveau versus les côtés où l'on dort). Par ailleurs, il faudrait mettre du dou le vitre car on entend trop l'extérieur (locataires en RDC dan le jardin ou train qui passe). Sinon pour un court séjour cela fait l'affaire. Mention vraiment spéciale pour le concierge. Merci pour sa disponibilité.
