"A historic gem. Our room was huge as well as the bathroom. It really felt like you were staying in a castle. It was spotless, so clean. And breakfast was fabulous with real linen and Royal Albert China. Breakfast was in the original 16th century kitchen. Just the most fabulous stay ! Make sure to ask to see the chapel. "

"This chateau is nothing short of fabulous. The owner, Phillipe, is gracious and generous. The chateau itself is gorgeous and close to the small town of Evreux. I recommend going kayaking on the Eure river. It all makes for a relaxing respite from the bustling, overwhelm of Paris. Only one hour away by train, this place is absolutely a gem. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was."

"Well equipped, very comfortable property, with a highly communicative host. Tranquil setting. 'Couldn't ask for more. We arrived 8 hours' late due to Tunnel delays, the host was extremely accommodating and arranged for the key to be left for us. The property is beautiful. Located very near Giverny and we spent a day in Paris. Perfect."

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."
