Relax with the whole family at this light and airy cottage with beach access, kids' playground, and pavilion next door. Watch the sunset over Houghton Lake from the front porch. Boat launch is only 100 feet away! Close to shopping, amenities, and restaurants. South State Park only 20 minutes away!

Want to take your boat on Houghton Lake? The public beach is a great place to anchor your boat for the day for easy in and out access. Great place to make new friends along the way!

Lakeside property right next to Houghten Lake Heights Park, great lake views right from the living room and wonderful for families. Two bedroom open concept space, newly renovated and brand new!

Guest access includes house and yard. *boat dock is not for guest use*

Please only park on left side of the driveway, as it is a shared drive with the neighbors
