"The Harcourt apartments are situated in a quiet area, near a chip shop and within easy reach of the main part of Newark town, the castle, cinema, parks etc.. "It was ok - but not great - bed mattresses super cheap and thin- the hallway to the building smells and doesn’t feel like a safe area at all. Getting the key from the lockbox was really annoying as it is across the road at a pub this doesn’t work with heavy luggage and an Uber who is waiting !! "stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"A secure facility with ample parking. Very spacious with a smart internal appearance. Clean & tidy with almost everything for a self catering holiday. The lacking of the smaller things let it down a little, a teapot, spatulas, glass tumblers, a cord for the bathroom fan & well fitted blinds. Not big fans of sensored lighting & selected heating.We like to walk into local villages on accessible footpaths. Stick to car usage as it was too far out from amenities such as pubs, cafes & restaurants....
