The home was perfect everything we needed was there We enjoyed the evenings seating and visting on the deck and the outside lighting covering the back grounds were beautiful. Each bedroom was spacious with there own full private bathroom.

Amazing!!
This property was absolutely beautiful and was as described in the pictures. It had everything that we needed as a family of 6. There was lot to do for kids in the area. We had a great time and definitely did not want to leave.

Rubi Gemstone retreat
My family had a great stay! The house was very clean and had everything as promised. Our hostess Brookie was very accommodating and checked-in with us when bad weather was heading our way (no storms, thank goodness!). Brookie even had towels and treats for our pooch. The back deck, grill, and gas fire pit were great amenities. We absolutely loved the walkable neighborhood and close distance to the Hernando hiking trail. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the house very much.
3 of us went to Hot Springs for work. It was amazing that we all had our own bathroom. The house was very comfortable and clean. They had everything we needed. Very well stocked with toiletries. It is a bit out of the way, but that’s what we were looking for. We didn’t need to get ahold of the host. I would definitely stay there again. We couldn’t get the firepit to light but it wasn’t a big deal to us.

Wow! My stay was so wonderful and comfortable. Saturday I slept the whole day away, when I tell you this home was so beautiful, my only thing was the long drive to get around other than that the stay was awesome. Brookie was a good host See ya next time Ms.Honey

Great Place for Family Gatherings
Very well appointed kitchen and large outdoor deck made us feel comfortable right away. We loved that all the bedrooms were en suite. There were a few food particles left under the dining table when we arrived, but otherwise everything was very clean. One end of the sectional sofa lacked support so we sank in, and the beds in the 2 additional bedrooms were so-so. The remainder of the furnishings were quite comfortable. Would stay here again!

There were some small snags here and there but the hosts were attentive and the property was beautiful. We comfortably fit two pets and six people- with one sleeping in the closet / office area (that area doesn't have much airflow though so bring a fan or plan to stay in the living room if that's the idea).

Great Family Gathering Place
Overall a very good stay. We loved having 3 en suite bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen, open floor plan and nice large backyard deck were nice for family to gather and socialize. Other than a few food particles under the dining table the house was very clean. One end of the sectional sofa has been really well used and caused us to sink in, some sleepers thought the 2 smaller bedroom's mattresses not to their ideal comfort. Overall, a very nice stay and would book this place again.

Absolutely Delightful
Family had not been to Hot Springs Village before this trip. Pictures were spot on, host was wonderful - contacted us with great information and suggestions and responded quickly, professionally and with a wonderful attitude to a couple of questions we had. Lots to see and do in the area for those who enjoy the outdoors. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom - a wonderful floor plan. The back porch was a treat for reading and relaxing. Our family gives this property a 5 star plus rating.

Enjoyed our stay!
The house was very clean, the host very responsive and helpful! I would stay here again. Two of the bedrooms had really tall beds, the 3rd was normal size and worked well for my parents, who are in their 70’s. I am 5’3 and had trouble getting into the master, so I gave that to my daughter who is 5’8. Can I suggest a step stool for future renters who are short.

Breathtaking
This house and property were just as the pictures showed - absolutely beautiful, roomy, VERY clean, peaceful and private surroundings, and one amazingly gracious host who was readily available for any and all questions/recommendations. Thank you JoAnn for providing our family of 4 and pup with vacation memories that will always be remembered as our favorite - Hot Spring tour, zip-lining and kayaking at Lake Ouachita. Not to forget the many trails and fun amenities right in the neighborhood. Our 5 days were not long enough. We can't wait to stay here again!

Nice Stay
The house was fine for 3 couples and we enjoyed our stay. Owner was very helpful with questions.Kitchen was adequate for the cooking we did. We liked that all the bedrooms had their own bath but would have liked bath mats for stepping out of the shower. All in all, a good place to stay and we would return if back in the area.

Wonderful family home!
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and it had everything we needed for our stay and more! It is so clean and well-cared for and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Hot Springs Village. Would definitely recommend this for a family get away!!!
