3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lakefront home with Boat Dock, Swim Deck and Boat Lift. Expansive Deck stretches the entire length of the home while overlooking Lake Balboa. Home boasts of sun room and living room. Walk out of the master bedroom onto the large deck and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Home features 5 Roku smart TV’s, and all the appliances needed to mix your favorite beverage and enjoy your coffee or teas from the Keurig. Enjoy grilling and dinner on the patio at table that seats 8. Whether you’re looking for a girls/guys retreat, family vacation, fishing, golf, BBQ and chill or an elegant dinner with lake views Rest&Refresh has it ALL!!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community and is home to 11 lakes, several hiking trails, and 9 golf courses. The home is only a short drive away Balboa Beach and the delicious Xplore Lakefront Restaurant.

A great spot!
The Rest and Refresh lake house was a lovely place to stay! The spacious rooms and entertainment areas like the fire pit, lake, and the back deck made our stay incredibly comfy and relaxing. We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock on the lake and the fire pit when it got too cold to be near the water. Sunset Grill and Molly O’Briens were some of our local favorite eats. Thank you Earsa and Anthony for loaning out your home to us!

Great, clean house in nice cove
The house was great and communication with the owners was great. Very clean, with updates. Nice boat dock in a nice cove on Lake Balboa. If we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again!

Great quick getaway
We wanted to get away on a short drive vacation so 3 hour drive for us was perfect! The place was beautiful! Lots to do around Hot Springs Village! And we had no trouble keeping the grandchildren entertained! This place was lovely and a great launching pad for all our adventures! I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for our family. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the lake access was perfect for the kids. It's so peaceful here. No one would regret renting this place.

My family and I wanted a quick get away for the weekend. This place is amazing. Host is absolutely incredible. They are also very attentive to any questions one might have. One of the best trips and experiences with a VRBO host. If you plan on visiting Hot Springs Village, this is your place to stay.

House was very clean and organized upon arrival. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, roomy living/dining area. Great location, gigantic deck in back with lake and boat/swim dock within steps away! Quiet neighborhood , just a great place to chill out, swim off deck, fish, or whatever! Owners were super nice and responded quickly to all our needs. We loved our stay and plan on coming back!

Hot Springs Getaway
The house was so welcoming and relaxing. The lake views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Location was very safe. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were so comfy. The house has everything you need. Downtown is about 22-25 min away. Highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to stay here. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect setting, beautiful lake views. Home was clean and very spacious. Low key, quite neighborhood. Everyone said all beds were extremely comfy, I know mine was. Great home, definitely recommend and would stay again. The Jackson’s are quick and responsive great hosts.

Everything was as expected from the online descriptions and pictures including a few bonuses like fishing poles, plenty of outside chairs, and lots of pots, pans, barware, and cooking utensils. Was just like being at home!

Great getaway
Earsa and Anthony were very accommodating and nice! The house had everything you need for a Very quiet relaxing experience by lake balboa and short drive to hot springs. Only minor inconvenience is as a guest of hot springs village you have to enter at the east or west gates but that has nothing to do with the hosts or the house.

Beautiful and Amazing
This was possibly the best vacation of my life! There was no rushing around to do things and the property was beautiful. Even sleeping and just hanging out at the house was fantastic. It rained for part of each day so having comfortable couches with recliners was definitely a plus. I cannot say enough about the property and the entire experience. The Jacksons answered all questions and went way above to make our stay wonderful.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Kids had the best time first time fishing and they both caught bluegills which was so exciting for them but for us great seeing them reel it in. Beaches was close which was a plus and we truly loved spending alot of our time at the house. Beds were super soft. Thank you for sharing your house with us

Rest and Refresh- Delightful
This property was perfect! Comfortable beds, gorgeous view, quiet neighborhood. Traveling with my husband, daughter and her husband and ten year old twins… we had an amazing time. There was plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the dock and playgrounds in Hot Springs Village. I loved sitting on the deck listening to the birds and reading. It was fun watching the geese and ducks in the lake and going for walks. None of us were ready to leave because it was so wonderful!

Wonderful Weekend
This was absolutely a wonderful weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, spending time on the lake in kayaks, and our boys snorkeled around in the water looking for unique rocks. We loved building a fire in the fire pit at night and getting to spend time with family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We were able to wash clothes when coming in from the lake. Sitting on the deck was like being in a treehouse. It was a fabulous weekend. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Nice lake front home
Not as pictured outside which had sold us on booking this home, so that was disappointing.....no hammock, no wood for firepit except 3 or 4 sticks in pit....were told to bring our own wood, broken seat backs on kayaks, unkept porch and dirty/mildewed cushions, unable to plug up most of the ambient lighting on the porch and dock for night time.....but the inside was nice and beds were comfy! The owners are very friendly. Being right on the lake to fish was a huge bonus! 6 out of 10.

Little Gem
This property is a hidden little gem on the lake. It has it all and if you forgot something they have you covered with extra of everything from soap to paper towels, complimentary water in the fridge and a bowl of peppermints, just because. It’s the little things and they pay attention to that. The home itself has a large deck with beautiful views of lake balboa. The home was neat and clean. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows! I can’t wait to go back this summer and enjoy the warm weather activities with their dock and fire pit. For a small family , this place it perfect! I would definitely recommend dropping my anchor here!

"Rest and Refresh"
"Rest and Refresh" was awesome. We were five sisters getting back together after the Covid year. This home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could need. There was construction right next door, but that did not bother us a bit! During the day, the view of the lake from the large deck and from the wharf was beautiful. At night, the outdoor lights gently illuminated the deck and pathway. The cicadas were out in full force. So peaceful! I would definitely choose this place again and again.
