Beautiful Lake Balboa home with two master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, and 3 full baths, sleeps 8 people. The peaceful view of the lake, with the spacious open floor plan is comfortable for all guests to enjoy inside and out. Enjoy various native birds, squirrels, and deer all year long. The home has full sized washer and dryer, two full sized fridges, range, microwave, dishwasher, well stocked kitchen, and towels and linens. Enjoy kayaking (two provided), grill and firepit. All you need to spend your relaxing, lakeside vacation!

Senior semi annual golf outing
The location was great. Very close to all the courses we played. The house was vacant the night before so the host graciously allowed us to check in early before our round in the afternoon. We would certainly rent this house again
