Just what we needed!
We needed a dog friendly home with a fenced yard for our dogs and that’s what we got. Very nice inside, with a small area fenced in for the dogs. I have no complaints at all.

Great Weekend Stay
For the past couple years we have planned a quick get away for 2 days in Hot Springs Village with our dog. This was our first time staying at this home and it was a perfect choice for the two of us and our sweet older dog. We found the home to be clean and quiet. We loved that we could let our dog out into the fenced back yard and she loved it. We would recommend this home and hope to return again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well set-up (even had doggie bowls for my little Chihuahua) & had what we needed for a great stay in the HSV! Only little hiccup was in getting into the house upon arrival. Took a few times to get hold of the contact, but once we did, she faces us access to lockbox to get in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here!

This property is definitely a five star .. we had a great experience from the time of booking to the time to leave.. the house was very very clean and updated . Perfect size for my Spouse and I plus our two teeny pups! Very clean, nice, quiet neighborhood and nicely updated interior. No complaints and we will definitely choose this location again. The only suggestions are blinds on both back doors (or at least for the bedroom) and a table for outside eating. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and well decorated and had everything we needed.the location was perfect!! Just a short drive to the west gate. It was so cool seeing the deer in the evenings. Overall, definite 5 star. Would have liked to have used the fireplace as that was one of the reasons we chose this house. It was not open though. Maybe open it for guests or give instructions on how the do it. That would have made it the perfect stay!! Thanks so much!!!!!

Relaxing forest retreat
We were 2 adults. 2 young kids and 2 dogs, and this property was perfect for our Spring Break trip. It’s nestled in the trees and far enough from any main roads so that it’s practically silent. If you get up early enough you might even see deer roaming past the driveway! Inside, the house is very clean and recently updated - looks even better in person than in the pictures. Even though the weather was chilly during our stay, the house kept a nice temperature inside. The dogs appreciated the small fenced area off the rear porch - there’s even a dog door if your pups are used to using one. We loved being inside the gated Hot Springs Village which has lots of trails and lakes, and didn’t feel that busy. A word of warning though, some of the facilities like the dog park can’t be used as a visitor since they require tag access and you won’t have a tag. Property managers and owners provided plenty of information in advance so getting into the village and property were easy. All in all, this would definitely be a place we would use again on a future visit to the Hot Springs area.

Pros and cons
We spent a week at this rental and there we some pros and cons. The pros were that we like the location outside of Hot Springs. It was private, and except for the school bus that came through at 7 am every morning, quiet. We loved the fenced area for our dogs and the use of the grill. The master bed was fairly comfortable, more so than most places that we've stayed. We also really enjoyed all of the trails in the Village.The cons were that the master bath has plumbing issues. The sink and shower both drained slow and the toilet had water coming up from the bolt on the floor. We ended up not using it, so we're down one bathroom. There were 5 plug in scent things throughout the home. The smells was overwhelming, and bad for dogs, so we unplugged them until we checked out. The sofa was also old. The seats were broken down, so it wasn't comfortable, leaving no good place to sit to relax and watch TV.Overall it was a good stay, and unless these things were repaied, we probably wouldn't book this rental again. With some improvements, this place could easily be 5 stars.
