A great location on the main channel of Hot Springs Village Lake DeSoto. A two level, four bedroom, two bath town home with two furnished decks and boat dock. Lots of beds for a family or two and it will sleep up to twelve with two king beds, one queen bed, and six twin beds. The kitchen has been updated with a smooth cooktop, Keurig and 12 cup coffee pot, and refrigerator with built in icemaker. The living room is well furnished with HDTV and wireless internet throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed and HDTV. The master bathroom has a tub and shower and it is on the entry level. The upstairs deck has a very nice grill, HDTV and seating for over ten. Downstairs is the laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The two bedrooms downstairs have king beds and HDTV. The bunk bed/trundle bedroom has 6 twin beds and HDTV for streaming, DVD’s and HDTV cord to connect for your gaming console. There is a second bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower. The town home is just a few minutes from the West Gate, walking trails, restaurants and shops and DeSoto Golf Course.

Weekend in Hot Springs
We really enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs! We cooked in the townhouse quite a bit and I appreciated how all of the cabinets were labeled--so thoughtful! We spent a full day at the townhouse without other travel and had plenty to do with reading, games, and swimming in the lake. The management office was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Thanks!

Great stay, would definitely come back!
We loved our stay on DeSoto Lake. The house was perfect for 5 adults and could’ve fit a couple more, and still felt comfortable. The house was clean and provided the basics. We loved that everything was labeled-helped with finding things. They rationed out toilet paper, which was a little odd, our group was down to 1 roll in 1 bathroom, and no spares in any cabinets/closets). Aside from that, the back decks could’ve been at least swept off and cobwebs removed. (We didn’t really use the decks, due to this, but we would’ve liked to). Besides those 2 things, it was a great stay!

Tight quarters
Quiet little place, no real issues, other than somehow we missed that this wasn’t a house but a condo. It’s was pretty tight for the 7 of us girls for the weekend. Definitely not handicap accessible. It could’ve been cleaned better. The floors and deck were not clean and the deck was cluttered. Bathroom towels might need to be replaced. Plenty of rooms downstairs for sleeping and we liked how everything was labeled. Overall, it was fine but wouldn’t revisit.

The property is listed for sale which may be the cause of the problems! We got there and it was still trash on the outside upper deck! Spiders web everywhere looks like the place had not been clean or touched outside! We go down to the dock and you could tell nothing had been used spiderwebs down there as well! Now we like to sit outside and enjoy the weather but couldn’t bc we had nothing to try and knock the webs down! I tried reaching out Friday and sending a message with no response! It was just horrible I have never came to hot springs and couldn’t enjoy it! We stayed in the house the entire time bc everywhere you turned you were walking into spiderwebs!

Beautiful week-end vacay
This property was clean. People were friendly and it is directly on the lake for family who loves to fish. It was a beautiful weekend to sit on the dock, do college coursework and watch people swim, boat and enjoy the outdoors. I had to call someone after hours because my husband thought the air was not working, they sent someone (after hours) shortly after we arrived. This was a delightful stay.

Spacious and accommodating
House was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great sty in Hot Springs. The only drawback was the patio and deck leading to the boat dock was in need of cleaning and care. Perhaps screening in the patio Deck would make doing more activities on the decks more inviting.

Nice home on the lake
We enjoyed ourselves. This is our second time staying at this house. It was clean and had what we needed to start off. There is a dollar tree nearby for extra things that you need. My only problem was the non communication with Vrbo listing and the property management about the lake being extremely low. Even after talking to them on the phone before staying. We didn’t find out till we got there, which was upsetting. But after calling, they offered a discount. Overall, we love this house and will stay again.
