Furnished with 2 King beds and a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed (all with high-end hybrid mattresses and a TV in each room), everyone will sleep comfortably. You will find everything you need in this beautiful, fully furnished cooks' kitchen. It was built for gathering family and friends and it shows, right down to the last detail……everything in this home is brand new!! Front has a wraparound porch, and back porch has a fireplace and beautiful wooded view. Guests are welcome to park in the extra-large two-car garage. In the Garage, you will find many recreational tools for your Use! List includes Pickle Ball and Paddles, Walking Sticks, Fishing Poles and Tackle, Rockhounding tools, Beach/stadium chairs and Golf Clubs!

After parking in driveway, you will need to walk around the left side of the garage to get to the front door.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
