Great place to stay and close to so much!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Cottage! The home was spacious but also allowed for many options to be together. There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated from the snacks, available toiletries and outdoor spaces. Scotch was a bonus that my daughter looked forward to each day of our stay. The location was easy to find and located conveniently near many of the places we wanted to see. There is really nothing that this home wasn’t able to provide to us during our visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

This was a beautiful vacation rental! The house was clean, impeccably decorated! It had a complete kitchen set up for cooking meals, the coffee bar was a special treat for all of us! The bathroom in the master was so COOL! We just loved the house, easy to get to downtown Hot Springs. The cat that lives outside was a special bonus, we loved feeding and spoiling her. We will definitely search this property out again to stay at! Thank you, Denise, Danette and Doreen :-)

Came for the 2024 Eclipse
We booked this house far in advance of the 2024 Eclipse and we definitely got lucky to find a house like this for our family. The house is a well maintained older house, with some very nice upgrades. The biggest surprise with this house was that it was listed as only having one bathroom but the owner recently added a full bathroom to the master bedroom (not sure whether this has been updated in recent listings) but having two full bathrooms was a huge plus for a family of four. The yard for this house is nicely maintained and was good for our kids to run around and play. It also gave us a nice and private location for viewing the eclipse. This house is also a short drive to all the main attractions of Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this house for a family visiting the area.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage
This property made you feel so at home. It had all modern conveniences & amenities that made our stay so worth while. Very cozy & quiet. Definitely need to update pics, though. Because this place is even more beautiful now! Hopefully will get the chance to stay again soon.

Great Bachelorette Weekend
My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage for a bachelorette weekend getaway, and it was absolutely fantastic! Pictures don’t do the cottage justice. Located in the picturesque Hot Springs, Arkansas, this cozy retreat provided the ideal setting for our celebration. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious layout allowed for plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic bathhouses nearby, which provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was truly a magical experience to soak in the soothing waters surrounded by the beauty of nature. I also want to extend a special thank you to Darlene, the host, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. When we encountered a bit of trouble with the door (user error, oops!), Darlene was quick to assist us and ensure that we were able to get back to enjoying our weekend without any further inconvenience. Overall, our experience at this cottage exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the wonderful hospitality of Darlene and the perfect location in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in a beautiful setting.

My family and I took a quick trip to Hot Springs. This house was perfect for our needs. It’s beautiful with a lot of natural light, the deck and backyard is so relaxing, and it’s close to downtown. The manager was really easy to communicate with and helpful. I’d highly recommend!

Perfect Location
We were so happy with this little house. It was central to all of the hikes and other things we wanted to see while we were in town. It was also perfect for our baby who wants to get into everything. The only thing we had to baby proof was the fireplace. Would definitely stay again.

The house was everything that was advertised! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, fun outdoor area (and Scotch the Cat, too). The location is close to the historic Bathhouse Row and Park area and is in a nice neighborhood with good access. Would totally stay here again!

A Truly GRAND Cottage
From the moment we walked in the cottage door, we felt at home and welcome. My husband and I chose Hot Springs to celebrate our anniversary. Barbara was a delight and kept us updated regarding check in process and told us we could contact her anytime we needed anything. She was right next door which was great. Barbara went above and beyond to make this stay super special and memorable!! She's one of the best and most thoughtful property managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The Grand Cottage is so charming and quaint. Quiet, safe, and very nice neighborhood. Perfect proximity for all our adventures and sightseeing. Just a quick 3-4 minute drive to downtown. Convenient to shops and delicious restaurants. The house is lovely. It made me truly happy to stay here. Beautifully decorated with flowers, birds, and inspirational quotes. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The back yard was nice and relaxing. Loved the coffee/cocoa bar and all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it for couples or a family. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!

Better then the pictures
The grand cottage was unexpectedly charming. The pictures don’t do it justice. This little cottage is actually very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and many seating areas through out the house and property. They had a coffee and hot chocolate bar set up for us, hot spring water for us to enjoy and even a sweet neighborhood cat named scotch that greeted us in arrival and every morning and night. It’s very conveniently located just 1 mile from hot springs area. Every morning I sent for a walk up the mountain, there is a trail just two blocks down that goes up. We loved it!
