Unit 03 is a bright, airy studio that sleeps multiple people with one king bed and one queen sofa bed. The sofa is a comfortable spot to rest during the day, too, and watch TV on the flatscreen or read next to the glass sliders. The kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for basic cooking, including a coffeemaker, a microwave, and a two-burner cooktop. Visitors will enjoy the generous bathroom with its large shower and abundant counterspace.

This king studio is even more impressive outside. Guests have access to a private covered patio with a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and a compact dining table that seats two. While the rental is not lakefront, it sits just off the shore – close enough to sip coffee and listen to the lapping waves as the sun rises. Free wifi ensures that guests are comfortable and connected throughout their stay.

The Hamilton community is perfect for a peaceful vacation! Those who prefer to stay close to home can stick around the unit and make use of the community’s covered pavilion with charcoal grills and a swim dock while anyone with a taste for adventure can use the unit as their home base and explore the surrounding areas. A casino, a national park, and a downtown area with restaurants and shops are just a short drive away!

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
