SPECTACULAR panoramic view. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, a nice-sized balcony, Gated entrance, Swimming pool, Tennis court, and Main lake views!! Convenient 7 South Location!!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is 1200 sq. ft. located on Lake Hamilton. The unit sleeps 6 people. Assigned parking in front of unit for easy access to unit. This unit is directly on the water. Both bedrooms have king beds and TV's. The living area has a large flat screen TV with surround sound. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking experience. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer. The complex has a pool, pickle ball court, and a picnic area on the water. You have plenty of places to fish, swim or just enjoy the sun. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls located 7 miles away, downtown is approx. 5 miles away. Hot Springs Mall, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, less than a mile away. This unit is located off of 7 South. This is a gated community. Boat slip is not included but typically one is available for rent prior to booking.

BEWARE OF SCAM AFTER STAY
Writing this response to warn others of the unethical practice occurring with this rental. The stay was great until we returned home and were accused of breaking a ceramic pineapple, which we do not remember seeing. We contacted the host and he stated he would reach out to us later with proof. He never did. We reached out to VRBO and they tried to reach out to him. The picture he provided them showed a speck of dust on the tile floor and VRBOs agent said the host told them he had already had the cleaning crew remove the other pieces from the premises. When VRBO reached out for more proof, the host delayed response again and our credit card was as charged $100 for the ceramic pineapple. We will continue to take actions to correct this fraudulent practice.

First, the communication from the host was amazing from booking through checkout! The condo was as pictured and described, and had the most beautiful lake views! The location was perfect, just outside of the main strip of town, but easily drivable for shopping and eating. Would stay here again for sure!

Very nice condo, right on the lake. Very comfortable beds. Had an issue that I reported on arrival and didn't push for repair - host didn't offer to fix. Great place to stay though. Would definitely return.

Lake Hamilton Condo
This property was exactly as advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. There was an amazing lake view from the first step inside the door. I would highly recommend this property for a great weekend getaway with friends and/or family. This weekend was spent with friends celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary but my wife and I are thinking we may take a getaway with just the two of us. It’s cozy enough for two but spacious enough for four or six. It’s only minutes from the historic downtown baths and the casino and horse track. We will definitely stay here again!!
