Terrific home for a getaway!

Cozy two bedroom, two bath house in the woods with a private hot tub for relaxing and enjoying nature. The property has a beautiful deck for outdoor dining or lounging. Great location in Hot Springs in gated Diamond Head community with access to amenities such as golf course, pool, tennis/basketball courts, playground and more! Deli store located at front gate for food and necessities. There is a boat ramp very close if you want to take your boat out for the day. The State Park is a couple miles away and has a sandy beach great for kids, trails for hiking, boat and kayak rentals available as well.

Great place for family trip
This place was amazing to stay at. Its about a 20 min drive to downtown but the community was so nice and the house was off to itself in the woods. The views were amazing esp looking out from the hot tub. There were deer everywhere which the kids loved watching. The perfect little house!

20th Anniversary getaway
The property was very nice and in a quiet area where we were able to rest and enjoy our time together. It was close enough to Hot Springs and the lake that there was plenty of things to do.

Relaxing Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well stocked, and welcoming. We also saw around 20 deer while we were there and my kids enjoyed that. We look forward to our next trip to Hot Springs area.

Great stay! Felt far away enough from Hot Springs center to not feel the business of the crowds. A little bit of drive to get places but worth the peace in the evenings.

Family get away
This was meant to be a little getaway from the busy life and enjoy peace and quiet while visiting something new and that is exactly what we got! The view was amazing! Nobody around us, everything in the property was super clean and neat as expected. If you have to pick a place to stay, this is the one. We are definitely come back to this place when we come back to visit hot springs. 10/10 recommend.

overall was a decent place, bed wasn't the greatest, pillows were not the greatest, sofa needs updated, property location is a little drive to hot springs but not a huge deal, location is quiet. overall is a good place

Everything was easy to get into the community. House was in a great location with deer and squirrels running all around. Hot springs was very interesting and enjoyed our stay.

The property is nice. The neighborhood is really nice and secluded. We saw a few deer everyday. It’s not too far from downtown.

Perfect getaway
Place was clean, well stocked, and very private. Only 3 houses on the street. Loved the fact it was about 15 minutes from town. Best trip we have had thus far without the kids.

Sister trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was almost like being in a tree house.Lots of wildlife which we loved. We were there for a sister trip and it was the perfect location to just have some great R&R together. We loved the house, everything was just right!! This is a beautiful, comfy, and clean home. Everything that we needed was provided by the host. The home sits peacefully in the woods…a very pretty setting. The deer enjoy this setting as well. We will be returning and staying longer!

Overall it was a great stay! Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a little far from downtown however the drive is beautiful!

Great house, great location!
My husband and I stayed here for a delayed anniversary trip. This is a lovely house that had everything we needed. It is a great location - close to Lake Catherine State Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens and downtown Hot Springs. Plus the home offers simple relaxation surrounded by trees. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed
We had such a great time staying at the Lookout! It’s such a cool property and feels secluded and close to Lake Catherine State park. The hot tub was clean as well as the rest of the place and Laura went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and taken care of. Will book again!

Wonderful 4th of July Holiday
Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Hot Springs. It had everything we needed plus more (the property manager left us snacks and frozen treats before check-in). She was super quick in answering any questions we had before and during our stay. We all enjoyed the views, the hot tub, cooking outside, etc. Highly recommend giving this place a stay!

Five nights in the woods - in comfort
This property was exactly as listed. On a dead-end street nestled into the surrounding woods. It was quiet, no through traffic, very clean and up-to-date, with well-stocked kitchen and bath. The hot tub worked like a charm and was a welcome refreshment from sight-seeing. We loved it. You will, too!

The Perfect VRBO Rental
Loved everything about it - location, amenities, cleanliness, coziness (we love to be outside and the outdoor patio areas were great!) We had no issues at all and if the opportunity arises again, here is where we will book. The only bummer was that the pool was not in operation but we made do. I highly recommend this property.
