This condo is now fully remodeled as of May 2023.
Excellent lake front condo overlooking swimming pool and shoreline of beautiful Lake Hamilton, one of the best condo views on the lake! This unit is located on the second floor with 8 wide steps and a sturdy handrail. The Wi-Fi is private and has basic DirecTV. Enjoy morning coffee and breathtaking sunrises over the main channel of the lake on your private balcony! This condo at Willow Beach is located just off Central Ave (“The Main Drag" ) close to many restaurants, mini-golf, a movie theater, shopping and Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino!! Perfect place for a couple to stay. Outside of condo building itself showed its age but the grounds and the inside of the condo itself, which had been updated, was very nice and clean and we enjoyed staying there. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location and found plenty of things to do in Hot Springs for our short anniversary trip. Our favorite thing about the condo was the balcony over looking right over the pool and Lake Hamilton. We would definitely come back.

This cute little condo is in a great location and has spectacular views of Lake Hamilton! The condo was on of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed at and I am VERY picky!! Although the front of the buildings and stairway up to the condo appear mediocre, the back side of the property has a beautiful lawn and is a very nice area. Would be nice for the unit to have a washer/dryer, but that’s the only thing I found missing from making it perfect. Would 100% stay here again!

Great weekend get-away. Super clean, smelled great, pretty quiet and Close to all the things to do in hot springs. We Would definitely recommend for a couple. We had a full moon and the view of it was just amazing.
