Stylish 2Bd/1Ba - Fast WIFI Uptown Hot Springs

A collection of old and new, modern and from a time long past. Classic deep rich colors and dark woods give it a colorful, relaxing warmth and charm.
A lot of the style is original to it's time period, the white oak floors, french doors, beveled glass entry door, wide baseboards, and high ceilings to name a few. We added a Murphy bed, and restored the Mahogany mantel, and Marbled the Bath.

INDOOR LIVING
We take a lot of effort to keep it affordable while providing more comfort.
A 2 bedroom, 1 Bath, downstairs apartment. Flat screens with streaming service, Wi-Fi, a security alarm, fully stocked kitchen and gated parking for 1 car.

This was a great find! Beautiful place, loved the bathroom especially. Thought it was great where they placed the full refrigerator, very functional. Loved the decor, felt like an home away from home. Really thankful for working laundry, we were visiting family with kids who lived in a dirty trailer and needed to help them clean some clothes. Only slight issue with the front door lock but this was taken care of promptly. Wasn’t able to gate to work but this may have been on me because I am not savvy with electronics and I gave up early. The stairs in the back did feel unsafe as well, I do recommend that being fixed. Other than this, great place. Very cozy.

Loved the apartment. Had everything you needed for your stay. Very clean. Loved the shower. Did not rate it excellent because of access to unit from parking area. You had to either walk on a small grassy slope or walk over a raised block to access very small sidewalk to entry steps. The railing was rotted half way up, so it wasn’t real stable. If it wasn’t for that it would have been 5 stars!

Enjoyed my stay for the most part, very close to the central hot springs drag. Decent options nearby, the only problem is that the coldest the house would go is 72 degrees, no matter what the thermostat was set to. Not a big deal though. 100% would stay again.

Apartment was super clean. Everything down to the thermostat was high tech and made it a little confusing to use. The back entrance leading from your car to inside apt was steep and not for those with mobility issues. Overall great stay though, felt comfortable and very cozy.
