Stunning Waterfront Lake Hamilton Views! (With Covered boat stall)

This 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom updated, lakefront home has it all! Spend your days and nights with family and friends on one of the two large outside patios with picturesque views of Lake Hamilton’s main channel. You will want to live on the patio off of the main level with its beautiful seating area and outdoor dining table. The lower patio features another outdoor eating space as well as a gas grill where you can whip up fantastic meals!
The entry level has two living areas – one with a flat screen television and wood-burning fireplace and the other with a cozy sitting area. You will love waking up in the Master Bedroom with its lake views, King bed and large, newly renovated Bathroom (luxury shower). This level also has a second Bedroom with a King bed (and baby crib) and another full bathroom (shower only). The open-floor plan with wonderful lake views showcases a large, equipped kitchen and dining room.
Downstairs you will find a third living area with lake views featuring a huge sectional couch where you can relax and enjoy movies on the flat screen tv. You will also find a full bath as well as the third bedroom with a King bed and lake views. The kids will love the fourth bedroom with 3 sets of bunkbeds including one set that has a twin bed over a full bed!
Lakeside you can enjoy the patio and jumping off of the large swim dock! The lakeside firepit is the perfect place to enjoy S'mores with the family!
This house also has ample parking for your group. And you can get to Oaklawn without crossing the traffic on Central! Easy access to all of the great things Hot Springs has to offer!

The house has a Ring doorbell camera and an overhead camera both of witch face the driveway and street. These two cameras are used primarily for security when the house is not in use.

Please note this house is most suitable for large families or multiple couples with children - typically either 8 adults or 6 adults with 6 children.

Wonderful property!
This house on the lake was perfect and the hosts are so accommodating and responsive. The multiple seating areas, beautiful view/deck and fun games provided the perfect entertainment for our family gathering. The pictures of the property are exactly what it looked like and that is always so important when choosing a place to stay!

Friends Reunion
Three senior couples gathered for an annual reunion. Property is extraordinarily spacious and allows great freedom to move about to enjoy this house. Tarry's i9mmediate responses and acceptance of several requests is most commendable! Very accepting of request for info, early check-in availability, and TV operation is over and above normal customer service. Well equipped; has everything you need !! When and If return to this area, I will definitely look to book this property.

This place was amazing. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The house was perfect for our 3 families who were in town for a baseball tournament. Beautiful views of the lake. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was a family girl trip ages 20 - 70. The was perfect and had everything we needed. Coffee on the big porch every morning was the big highlight.

Great Holiday Stay!
Group of 6 adults visiting HS area for a few days. Piney was ideal for close proximity to HS attractions and comfortable accommodations. Great view of Lake Hamilton as well! The kitchen is superbly equipped with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Great family room with a wood-burning fireplace was ideal for winter nights!

Memorial Day Family Vacation
Our stay was a family vacation that consist of a group of 12 that was from grandparents to the youngest being age 6. We found everything that you could possibly need . The house was completely stocked from seasonings in the kitchen to plenty of games to keep the little ones and the big kids entertained. This property is in a great location and the view is beautiful. In the words of one of our kids “We had a blast”. We are already planning our next stay.

Our repeat visit to this lake house was, again, an excellent experience. The house and grounds were immaculate and the lake view from the well-furnished outside covered balcony cannot be beat. Highly recommended.

Location!
We couldn't have picked a better home. Right on the lake close to restaurants, marinas, and the dam. The lake was beautiful, we spent the day out on a boat and the waters were perfect. The home was in great shape and extremely clean. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Would love to return and highly recommend!

Perfect place for our group!
Great property on the lake! The house is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There were 3 couples so we each had our own bathrooms which is always nice. It just so happened that it poured rain for 3.5 out of the 5 days we were there. So unable to hike everyday as planned, we spent the majority of our time at the house, hanging out on the large covered back patio. It was a great location and a very clean & comfortable place to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for the whole family
House was just as the online pictures depicted. Kids enjoyed the arcade, air hockey and bunk beds. Adults relaxed on the deck, took advantage of the large kitchen, and the convenience to downtown shopping. Owners were extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend for large family gatherings.

Absolutely Beautiful
Home is located on the beautiful lake, with an amazing outdoor area to relax and enjoy family time. The house is very large and accommodating for a large family of all ages, with plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked with all your kitchen cooking supplies or dishes needed. It was a plus to have two coffee pots and two dish washers! We would definitely rent this home again for a family vacation as it was spotless clean, comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and just an overall great home!

Great Family Home with Spectacular View!!
Our family fell in love with Lake Hamilton and this lovely home! The View from both decks was fantastic... perfect for children to play and adults to relax and enjoy. Tarry and Crystal were wonderfully responsive to all our questions and requests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely return to both Lake Hamilton and this beautiful lake house!!

Lovely Home on the Lake
We had a wonderful stay. The house is just as it looks in the pics. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well cared for. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. Weather was chilly so we enjoyed having a fire each evening. Hope we can make it during warm weather so we can enjoy the outside spaces as much as we did the inside.

Beautiful and Clean!
This house was amazing. Family met from multiple states to celebrate New Years together. The house was extremely clean. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Every woman commented about the large dream kitchen (that was fully stocked). The lake front and sunsets were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in and check out were simple. (And there are so many more activities in Hot Springs than we expected.) Would definitely book this home again.

Family gathering on Lake Hamilton
An extended family and friend group came together for the weekend. Eight stayed at the property, and others joined us for a wedding shower and family dinner. We REALLY appreciated the well appointed kitchen, but especially the dual ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators. We needed them all over multiple meals. The multiple eating spaces, both inside and out, was also much needed. The outdoor space on this property really is the icing on the cake. Beautiful places to sit and look at the lake, football on the large outdoor TV, etc. Our only frustrations were the lack of a garbage disposal, and the locks on all of the sliding doors didn't seem up to the job. Otherwise, a lovely weekend.
