The place was really nice! Everything was really clean and we loved how it was decorated for Christmas. We will definitely be staying again in the future! The experience was wonderful!

Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay!
My family was there for the eclipse and everything was great. The location is close to great hiking, downtown Hot Springs, and the Ron Coleman mining. We had a great time and had plenty of room and everyone had a bed.
The total solar eclipse did not disappoint either!
This place was so adorable and Kristi is a very nice and helpful host. This cabin has a semi fenced yard, but as a bonus, the cabin “community” even has a mini hiking trail for you to walk your dog! The cabin does face the highway, but since we stayed in the downstairs room, we didn’t even hear any traffic noise.
We really enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to stay there again.
The cabin was perfect for us. Making dinner was easy with the big kitchen and we enjoyed the fire pit. Everyone had a bed and being in separate floors was nice for privacy. Communication with the host was fast and very responsive. Definitely will book this again!
This property was wonderful! It provided more than we expected. The house was very spacious. We will definitely reserve this house again if we're in the area.
We took our teen girls youth group for retreat and had fun staying in this rental. It was beautiful and so unique and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful home
Kristi was great to work with and the home was spacious and adorable! We were disappointed it wasn’t as woodsy as we expected but otherwise it was a great experience!
Property was very clean and spacious. Owners/Managers where very easy to communicate with. We loved the layout and decor of the cabin, it worked great for our group! The only downfall of the lodge is it’s location by the highway but we all agreed the positives of the lodge made up for the view during our weekend stay.
The grounds are very well kept. The interior is nicely decorated and there was plenty of room for our family of seven. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to stores and attractions. The host responded quickly to my messages and texts - no issues, just general questions. This is how every vacation rental should be.
Very nice and clean, great communication, we really enjoyed our stay here. The youngest of the group got the 3rd story room to herself and she thoroughly enjoyed that! All of the rooms were great though. And the living room was very comfortable, great place to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining room table fit us all so we could all eat together. The fire pit and game room shed were a great place to hang out after dark. Only drawback is that there are no railings on the stairs but we knew that going in. We were all very happy with the lodge otherwise!
This home was absolutely gorgeous, and matched the photo's identically! The home was clean, and welcoming. We had 10 people stay at this home, and everyone had their own space and rooms with plenty of common area spaces. 10/10 recommended!
Our family rented this property for my daughter’s Senior trip. The location was close to town, but not so close that it felt suffocating. The property was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. It smelled clean and was well stocked. We had a small issue with one of the toilets but the owner took care of that right away. When coming back to Hot Springs, we will definitely stay here again!
Nice. space, great kitchen ware, linens and bedrooms!
Property and outside options including swings and rockers on porch. Noise from the road was a bit of a drawback. Internet was slow. Great hostess and very clean. Well decorated!

We visited with extended family (group of 12) & enjoyed our stay! The place is well updated and super cute. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than most for sure! Beds were also more comfortable than most places we have stayed... Even the loft beds were comfortable, which is not always the case. The bedrooms are all up or down stairs (none on main level). Just something to note if you are traveling with someone older or disabled. We enjoyed the outdoor area with bag toss, horse shoes, and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again!
We just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful cabin. All communication with the host was quick and helpful. The cabin was perfect for our youth and adult chaperones. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and spacious. We were able to do so many activities just a short drive away. There are a few reviews that complain about the highway being close but I didn’t even notice it while there. In fact, I find it more convenient than a nuisance. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future!
Very Comfortable and clean. Not complaints just notes. It would have been nice if all TV's would have had remotes and worked. The small bed room down stair could use some where to hang towels or coats and a Mirror in each bedroom would have been helpful. Overall very nice.
The pictures are accurate, cabin was clean, and the check-in process very easy. Two elderly/disabled parents, two toddlers, 1 infant, and I have difficulty walking. I should have researched further. Description does not mention there are NO bedrooms on main floor, steep stairs to basement and 2nd floor with no handrails, and spiral stairs to 3rd floor loft. We did find baby gates to block the stairs. We had a unique situation and this is my first VRBO experience I should have asked more questions, but it is a very nice place. The owners were super nice, understanding, and helpful. I DO recommend this location but with ADA considerations in mind.

Great house, but don’t overlook its location!
This house was PERFECTLY clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. The all white bedding is a necessary touch in a VRBO, in my opinion. The kitchen was large and accommodating as well as the dining and living rooms.
Now, some things that we didn’t love that might be worth looking at before you stay: this house is *right* on the highway. That beautiful front porch that you think you’ll sip your coffee on, overlooks a bunch of 18 wheelers on a highway.
Secondly, the bathroom situation is a little inconvenient. All three bedrooms downstairs share one bathroom. For us, that meant six adults and two children sharing one bathroom that was right by the futon where two children were sleeping. There is another bathroom on the main story, but it is off of the dining room(!!!), not near any other bedrooms. The third and 4th stories also share one bathroom. Again, that meant 2 adults and 6 children sharing one bathroom. It was just a lot of people sharing bathrooms. Also, the listing said it would sleep 16 people. The 15th and 16th people would have to be on the futon downstairs, which would only sleep *very* small children.
These are all structural changes that the owner cannot really control, but I just wish would have been a little more obvious on the listing. If you can look past its location on the highway, and the lack of equally dispersed bathrooms, it really is quite lovely.
