Lake Hamilton is beautiful year round and there is always something fun to do in our cute little city of Hot Springs! Enjoy our 7 person spa and the heated gunite pool overlooking the lake.
Conveniently located in both the center of town and the center of Lake Hamilton this 4500 square foot lakefront property has all of the amenities you need for the perfect vacation! This unique property has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
Master: king size bed
Master side guest: full size bed
Bunk/media room: 4 full size beds
Guest side room 1: queen size bed
Guest side room 2: queen size bed
Living area near pool table: twin XL daybed and trundle bed
Downstairs suite: sofa with fold out and air mattress.
The house also boasts 3 living/gathering areas with a pool table and foos ball table, a large kitchen with commercial grade luxury appliances, a separate wet bar/full refrigerator, and 2 extra large patio areas directly on the lake and off of the main living area. There is a large boat dock with electric lift. This fabulous home is located within walking distance from many restaurants and is just a 5-10 minute drive from most places in town! We offer free high speed WIFI and Uverse cable, with flat panel televisions in all rooms. This home is ideal for a disabled or elderly individual with majority of the living space on one level. There are 4 icemakers, 3 heat/air units, 2 water heaters, 3 indoor dining areas, 1 outdoor dining area, high capacity front loading washer and dryer, and 4 1/2 bathrooms making this home not only comfortable to sleep in but also very comfortable to actually live in during your stay!

7 person hot tub overlooking Lake Hamilton! Different jet design on each spot in the hot tub allows for a full body message if you sit in each seat!
In ground, salt water, concrete pool with the option to be heated for $75 per day with a $225 minimum on heating.

There are exterior cameras used to monitor the property in both the front and back areas of the house.

Hot Springs Great house and poolon the lake
House is roomy and comfortable. Hung out for hours in pool overlooking the lake. Close to restaurants. Covered patio is awesome.

I can't say enough about how amazing our stay was. I will be renting this home again! Everything was perfect, location, peaceful, roomy. The house layout was perfect. Looking forward to spending my birthday here next year and a few other family events!!!

This house was great! Lots of room and we loved the back porch! It had everything we needed and we will be back. Loved how the house was all one level. Made it easy for the older cousins not to have to climb stairs to go to bed.

Family Christmas Weekend
This was a great place/house to have a Christmas weekend for three (3) sibling families of ten (10) and the large house had a great space to play games, hang out and step aside from others when needed. The unit was clean, well stocked and the owners were very accomidating! It would be a great place for others to spend time together and enjoy the area, highly recommend it for multiple families to share the space.

Beautiful and spacious home
My friends and I have taken this annual trip together for many, many years now. We’ve stayed in a lot of homes on Lake Hamilton. This home had so many wonderful amenities including a pool table, a hot tub, and a foosball table. We had plenty of things to keep us entertained. We loved the open concept. We had a great time and enjoyed this home very much.

This property was everything as advertised. My family and I visit Hot Springs frequently and there were 15 this year. Plenty of beds for everyone and the downstairs room was perfect for the guys. The pool and deck were perfect and we had easy access for the boat. Loved the easy communication with the owners. Comfortable beds everywhere except the pull out downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped and super nice. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Inviting and relaxing
Plenty of room for 13 of us which incuded extended family to stay. The bunk room was an added surprise as we didn't know it was going to be there. The garage was converted to a spacious bunk room which all the kids enjoyed. The pool was very inviting as we stayed when temperatures were extremely hot. Plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy including the pool table, game room, hot tub and pool. We also took advantage of the boat slip on the property that enclosed our pontoon. Wonderful stay! We all highly recommend!

Lovely house and great hosts!
The house was very nice and perfect for our stay. The kitchen and massive living spaces made for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay for a large family. We had nine people, but needed six bedrooms. This house delivered! We enjoyed the sauna, movies in the large bunk room, and the pool table. We also loved sitting out on the back porch watching and listening to the rain. Above all, the host was very hospitable and answered all our questions quickly. Great memories were made on Chesswood. Thank you so much!

Everything we hoped for
Planning the first major vacation with our blended family meant that we searched for the best of everything. Pool, lake access, hot tub, entertainment and space. This property delivered! Like pictures of beautiful scenery from a vacation, the pictures of this property don’t do the true layout justice and it’s bigger than it looks online. It’s beautifully decorated with class and some tasteful, eclectic furniture pieces. (It’s the little things) We appreciated the extra touch of having the extra door to each entrance of bedrooms because it helped block out the sounds of those who stayed up too late lol. We highly recommend this beautiful property with a wonderful view!

Memorable Stay
Special property, loved the single story layout for our aging parents, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for 10+ Our 2 college age kids enjoyed the only room (mini suite) downstairs (at the pool level) as well. Plenty of room for the 10 of us with the split floor plan. The front of the house is yards away (literally) from a strip center which is next to a highway. :( However, once you are inside of the house, that goes away, the focus is on the back of the house, and the lake. Beautiful view from the living room. The covered patio with plenty of seating was more than inviting. 5 Stars in our view, cheers!

Hidden Gem
Don't let the outside fool you. When you drive up you may think the home is going to be too small. But, that is definitely not the case! This home was perfect for our extended family! The rooms are spacious and just keep going! Kitchen is well stocked and has lots of storage for groceries. The stove is a workhorse and a delight for those who like to cook. The view was just absolutely magnificent especially at sunrise. It was too cold outside for swimming or the hot tub. The property manager was professional and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Great Family Getaway
We packed a lot into our 7 day trip and the house and the hosts did not disappoint. They were there for questions and responded quickly. We had a large group and the kiddos really enjoyed the pool! We like that there was cute little places within walking distance (snow cones, coffee shop, etc.). We really enjoyed Hot Springs! We hiked, played golf, pickleball, rented a boat, tried the bathhouses, and it was all easy to get to!

Family Vacation
Wonderful house….with a pool & hot tub. We were from ages 75 to 6 months. The layout was perfect for us in every way. The bunk room was a favorite of 16 & 9 yr. old. The deck was great, too! Great game room downstairs but we had plenty of room upstairs. We had 7 adults & 4 children. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home was impeccable. All amenities were fantastic. We were a family of 12 with 3 generations from 1yr to 65yrs. Everyone had something to interest them. We did rent a pontoon boat & that just enhanced the experience. Definitely a great vacation!
