Great place with wonderful location
This condo was very clean, decorated so nice, and comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever. The lake is so pretty and can be seen inside and on the patio/lanai. The location is behind the shopping mall, close to numerous restaurants, and just a short drive to the park and many other restaurants. We don't think there is a better place to stay while on vacation in Hot Springs. Also, Chris was wonderful as a hostess!!

Absolutely beautiful place!!!
The owner was super easy to work with. Added the boat slip and it was picture perfect. The ramp was 100 yards from the slip and access was easy to both. The condo was very spacious for my wife and I. We had a blast and will definitely be contacting the same place to use again in the future.

A great location.
totally surrounded by lake and trees yet just minutes away from highway leading to all sites just a few minutes away. The condo has everything needed. The mattress is VERY soft and not good for us. The view is good. We had a nice stay. .

The only issue we had was with the sliding door that wouldn't lock. It wasn't at ground level so it wasn't very important

Beautiful view nice condo
The view of the lake was great. The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was lacking some basic items such as a toaster, bowls, etc. the bed sagged in the middle making it a little uncomfortable.

We Love staying at Willow Beach. They have an amazing lake view from every balcony. This unit is nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable! I would have liked a few more instructions on how to work the thermostat. If this is your first time, here our some of our favorite restaurants. The Egg Muffin, Backyard Grill, Luma Bella, and Trejos del Lago!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Couldn't understand the no smoking on the balcony since the two neighbors next to us could smoke on theirs. Made it very inconvenient and ready didn't get to enjoy the lake view which was the selling point for rental

Neighbors watching on ring doorbell
I felt uncomfortable about the fact that I received messages about an extra child entering my condo. We traveled with family and friends and at different times had an extra kid or two walk in the condo. The neighbor watched us enter and exit on the ring doorbell and reported to the owner that we had an extra person. I did enter the guests as 2 adults and we had two children also. The condo is rated for four. It was my mistake that I didn’t have the kids listed. This owner sent a payment request for over $160. I paid it without complaint but it was just not a great experience. Would not stay here again mainly because of the nosy neighbor.

This condo is a nice size for a couple. Short walk to the pool. The boat slip worked well for storing our Kayaks when not in use. Kayaking Lake Hamilton was very enjoyable and relaxing. Neighbor across the street was very nice and helpful. Some small additions/changes would improve this property greatly. We cooked breakfast every morning, so we were disappointed that the kitchen did not include a toaster or large bowl. Two garbage bags for the kitchen rubbish bin and no extra for the bathroom. No bar soap was included so we did need to go purchase our own. The shower is a little tricky to figure out. Thankful my husband is a retired home builder and was familiar with the workings. The toilet seat needs to be replaced as it is stained and looks quite disgusting...
