Newly furnished gated condo in an outstanding location, with easy punch code access and elevator. Private assigned parking. Found on Lake Hamilton’s main channel, with access to a private covered boat slip. The boat slip is currently unavailable until Oct 1, 2021. Only 6 miles away from downtown: great for biking and hiking enthusiasts, includes various fine-dining options, countless stores, and the famous Hot Springs Bathhouses. This condo is dog-friendly and sleeps 6 people: 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, and 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy a family game night cozied up next to the electric fireplace, in our newly furnished living room with games, books, and movies provided. Also kick back and relax on one of our two decks, overlooking Lake Hamilton with stunning views of the sunset and fireworks. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, with breathtaking sunset views of lake hamilton, bathroom with soaker tub and dual-vanity, and straight access to the deck. Living room includes large smart screen TV, with TVs in both bedrooms as well, each including a premium TV package including sports. Other amenities comprise of a fully-stocked kitchen, a wet bar, a barbecue grill on deck, access to a fishing pier, sun deck, pool, sauna, hot tub, and club house, all essential to having an enjoyable vacation stay. Best Condo ever!!
We rented the condo for a short stay in Hot Springs for myself, my husband and our 27 year old son. The condo was very roomy, was furnished with everything a family could want or need. The. bedrooms quite large- MBR had a chair and table to sit in and read, lots of open space, double sinks on the bathroom, and a giant closet. Guest room was equally comfortable. There were 2 balconies. an electric fireplace which heated the LR well. Overall , this was next to the best condo I’ve ever rented. The best was on a golf course by the ocean…. kinda hard to beat!! We look forward to returning.

Second time I have stayed at the property!
This kind of minium is very clean and easy to get to. I am a handicapped person, so the elevator is a plus. What will really keep it a Five star rating is that I left my iPad, cane and earphones at the property. I am hoping that they will be returned to me after I asked the property manager to Federal Express them to me at my cost. Next year, if I come back to Hot Springs, I will definitely try and book the same condominium!

Great host, easy check-in, great location on Lake Hamilton. No major issues that were not addressed. If there was anything I would say to improve would be to dust in the ceiling areas and the light fixtures throughout….as there were spider webs. But overall would stay again for sure.

Our family stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The condos share a pool and hot tub which was great for the kids. It has a great view of the lake and is close to the Marina. We loved it! heMarina

Well appointed condo with great views
We stayed at the condowincredibleith my daughter and 4-year-old grandson. The owner does an excellent job making sure you have everything you need for your stay, including trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and paper products. More VRBO hosts could learn from her. The unit was clean, and everything in excellent condition, including the beds and linens. The balcony is small, but views of the lake were great. My grandson and I did get to go fishing off the dock, but it is a steep climb down and up to get there (typical of many man-made lakes), so if you have mobility issues, this could be a problem for you.

Loved the views of the lake from the Master bedroom and dining room. Condo was clean, comfy, and the area was quiet. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Loved that there was a grill on the patio and stocked kitchen to cook meals instead of eating out all the time. We will book again when in the area.

Memorial Day Weekend 2024
The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had four adults and two children in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. Just far away enough from town so as not to be bothered by traffic sounds but close enough to get to all the attractions we had planned within 5, 10, 15 minutes. The view of Lake Hamilton was nice and peaceful and watching the array of boats across the water was enjoyable. ( The only thing I would critique would be a couple views from our balcony was obscured by a couple of the trees by the front row condos. If they could have been topped/trimmed down, that would have helped, but I'm sure the owners have no control over that. ) The fireworks show and pool was a big hit with the grandkids! Check in and out was a breeze. The condo supplied us with tons of amenities, we lacked nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Randy and Amie C.

Peaceful retreat
This was the perfect, peaceful spot for our girls' weekend. The condo was very clean and beautiful; it had all of the amenities you didn't know you needed! It truly felt like home. The lake view was so nice to wake up to each day. The location was convenient to everywhere we went; it's a short drive to Oaklawn and not too far from downtown. It was a little chilly to enjoy the lake, but I'm sure it would be the perfect spot for time on the lake, too! David was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo is minutes drive from everything in Hot Springs. It is comfortable and provides the perfect landing pad for a family looking to enjoy the area. The home was well stocked and thought of everything we could need to make our stay convenient! We will definitely book here again!
