Small cabin with bathroom and kitchen and a Sibley Double Bell tent.

Private spot this is not your normal RV park ;). We love to see pets join the vacation. If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet.

A beautiful hide-a-way in the trees. Water is provided for showers (hot), dishes etc. Check out evanscliff dot com for our properties.

We added a Hot Tub on the deck!

King size bed inside and a swing/hanging bed on the deck from the trees!

Grill with side burner, frig, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc... Coffee pot is a Keurig / drip combo pot.

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

Non-Smoking in the tent.

Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

Such a lovely and unique stay. The deck lounge area was so comfortable and the tent stayed cool and comfortable throughout the hot summer day/night. Great stay just outside of town, where you can have a quiet stay and star gaze.

Memorial Day Getaway!
What an amazing property! We stayed 3 days over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed every second of it! The views are priceless, the peafullness is second to none, and the hospitality was impeccable. Thanks for providing such an amazing place!

This was our 6th year out here and our first time at the Bluebird! So many great amenities and places to relax! Loved the hot tub and swing bed! Took the most relaxing nap outside!

Awesome place!!
Blue bird nest was absolutely awesome!! The deck and accommodations were exactly as advertised (actually better than advertised) and very clean and comfortable. We weren’t sure what to expect with the tent accommodations but the bed was super comfortable and everything was very quiet and peaceful!! I highly recommend using this as a “home base” to explore all that South Dakota has to offer.

Top Tier Glamping
If you are looking for a great tiny home out in the black hills, this is the one. Patricia and Wade were excellent hosts and the place was clean and ready when we arrived. The drive up to the place from downtown hot springs was gorgeous. The location was perfect and allowed us to have easy commutes to all the fun destinations in western South Dakota.

My dog and I were on another trip working toward completing our bucket list of hiking all continental 48 states, and stayed in this lovely space. It was perfect. Beautiful views! The space was so uniquely and thoughtfully planned out with all the details! Highly recommend this safe, comfortable and serene property!

Needed Getaway

Amazing Glamping Experience
We absolutely loved staying here! Wade and Patricia have done such a wonderful job creating these sites around their property. If you love to camp but don't love the setup process this is perfect for you. It has a shower and toilet so its really glamping at its finest. We loved the king size bed and hot tub. Also the spacious deck to hang out on and have a cup of coffee on in the calm mornings. Could not recommend this place enough!!

A magical mini-moon
This place has it all. The huge deck with endless entertainment possibilities was our favorite! We happened to stay during really chilly, rainy weather, and we stayed dry in the tent. The hosts brought us up a heater and made sure the hot tub kicked back up to temp (after a power outage the night of our arrival). The bed was VERY comfortable and amenities just what we needed. It is simply dreamy. We can’t wait to come back!
