29ft Alpha Wolf RV PLUS Sibley double bell tent COMBO! @EvansCliff, Hot Tub!

900sqft deck plus a 13x19 Sibley Double Bell canvas tent on the deck! Just like our other Sibley sites.

Chance of a lifetime to go on an affordable luxury RV vacation! No fuel expense, no camp site expense, no setup, no cleanup. Full setup kitchen, inside and outside fridge, towels, blankets, sheets. We have it setup so anyone can drive right up, walk in and enjoy!

Private spot from other RVs, with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;).

If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet.

a beautiful view over hot brook canyon. Easy walk along the cliff side or get a real workout hiking down the grade 220 ft cliff side.

Queen bed in bed room, couch sofa sleeper, plus a queen and a double bed in the tent!

Fire pit and propane provided... dry summers forced us to give up the wood pits.

Nice bathroom and shower.

Ac, wifi, Coffee pot is a Keurig / drip combo pot.

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

RV is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car or motorcycle and well hidden from the main house.

Please remember this is a RV/Camping experience, the RV does have AC, but in the hot summer months we can not guarantee the RV will be as cool as your home. The nights typically drop down in the 50's/60s even in the summer, so with open windows, it usually is very comfortable sleeping.

This place was great! Quiet and comfortable. Just a heads up…if you ride a motorcycle there you better not be afraid of a little bit of a hill and decent gravel road.

Beautiful, quiet, clean. It was a perfect family getaway before school starts. One tip is there is no cell service if you use USCellular. So be prepared with the directions before you get close.

This is our 2nd trip staying at this particular campsite! It’s a perfect secluded getaway yet close enough drive to Custer, Black hills, and Keystone! Evans are fantastic hosts. They even let our children throw the ball for their dogs!

Great spot! There are other rentals on the property but it seems secluded & very peaceful. Beautiful drive to the area. Great having basics provided in the camper so we didn't have to pack everything but the kitchen sink. Owners are a helpful text away. My daughter loved this - would stay here again!

We loved having this place as our “base camp”. Beautiful scenery. Very relaxing to come back to and chill. The kids loved the experience. Beautiful Views and Quiet Spot an Hour From Custer State Park
This camper site has fantastic views from the huge deck and the property is peaceful and quiet. We were perfectly comfortable for 9 nights here, and we were able to enjoy many places of interest by using it as our home base. As the crow flies it is very close to lots, but note that driving to places takes much time on the winding, indirect routes. This spot would garner five stars but for a bit of wear and a lack of some kitchen essentials (for example, there were only two bowls, but we certainly made do).

Friends getaway
The Alpha Wolf was everything described and more. It was a peaceful time away for the four of us. We couldn't have asked for better weather and the views are spectacular. The location has easy access to many local sites, hiking, fishing and more. Though we didn't take part in all the area offers, it gives us many reasons to return. The hosts have prepared the location with everything we need to be comfortable and use the site safely. We will be back.

Absolutely Beautiful View And Very Relaxing
Fantastic outdoor space on the very edge of the cliff! Tons of outdoor seating with the hammock and rope swing being favorites. Perfect even after dark with the fire pit and hot tub. Peaceful and tranquil for stargazing. Our granddaughter enjoyed the goats, dogs and chickens. Wade even brought Scooby Snacks out for her to feed them! Thank you Wade and Patricia for sharing your your beautiful property for making family memories!

Great experience!
We loved our time at Evan’s Cliff and appreciated Wade and Patricia allowing us to stay! We were looking for a last minute getaway for our family before school and everyone loved it. The only reason for one less star is that they have an unfriendly neighbor that they mention at check in that was never mentioned while booking and as a mom to young kids, this made me nervous. Apparently he does not like dogs and people. I would have appreciated a little more transparency about this while booking. Other than that, we enjoyed our time!

Absolutely Awesome!
Our family booked our week's summer vacation @ Wade + Patricia's beautiful location @ Evan's Cliff early in the year, based on great reviews and amazing pictures. We were so very excited to arrive and, it was all we expected and MORE! Pictures, both those on VRBO as well as our own, just don't do justice to this beautiful location. The RV itself was perfect for our family of three, plus our small dog Scarlett. The RV is decorated perfectly, Patricia had everything you could need nicely available inside as well. The amenities all worked great from the AC which we did need on a few 90+ degree days to the running water + bathroom to the satellite dish, which we admit, we did watch in the late evening after our campfire was out. Wade + Patricia took care of checking in on Scarlett on the few longer days when we ventured to Mt. Rushmore and Custer Park exploring. Wade + Patricia made sure we knew they were available to assist us, if needed, yet you had your camping privacy...it was truly a perfect balance of vacation with hospitality! If you're even slightly considering this location for your stay, I highly recommend it as it will be all you expect and more! Our most gracious 'Thanks' to Wade + Patricia for offering up a piece of their home to others, to share in making magical memories!!
