"On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water pressure was not sufficient too. Couldn't reach the manager too for he was busy in meetings... Only solace was the breakfast spread , which was good. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vivanta by Taj on Residency Road. The central location, nestled in the heart of the city, made it exceptionally convenient for exploring local attractions, shopping centres, and dining options. Everything was within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Prince and Sanjay, who provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensured that I felt welcomed and valued. I stayed at Vivanta by Taj on three separate occasions, each time for one night as stopovers between my travel destinations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was delightful. Special thanks to Rajesh and Jayden, who accommodated my early departure for a flight by ensuring I had breakfast before leaving. Their thoughtfulness and efficiency made a significant difference to my morning. The rooms were another standout feature of the hotel. They were well-appointed with modern amenities that ensured comfort and convenience. The decor was tasteful and elegant, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. "Outstanding service. Great amenities and beautiful, grand hotel. Lot of food options and the included breakfast every am was a choice of about 50 things !! The free happy hour every evening was great. Rooms are a little small but bed is uber comfortable and excellent bathroom. Definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in Bengaluru. "
