"Our stay was excellent and would certainly look to stay again. The facilities were very clean and their presentation really good. The breakfast was well presented and the host very pleasant.There is only one point where in pour opinion and improvement could be made and that is to filter drinking water as it tasted highly chlorinated. "There was a power outage overnight the first night we stayed here. Upon realizing that in the morning, because there was no hot water, I tried to contact the manager. It took over an hour for her to respond and all she could tell me was that she couldn't get ahold of her handyman. After 2 hours of waiting with no update from the handyman, we left. I asked for a refund but was refused and I was accused of causing the power outage because I must have plugged in a North American device. This...

"Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."

"Did not get room that paid for. Room that we were given had dirty carpet dirty and not been vaccumed. Room had broken room window held open (heat wave in England) with piece of wood. Breakfast limited. No yogurt or fruit. Given butter for toast from a container in the kitchen and it was full of other people's crumbs and unidentified food.
