"Our overall stay was lovely. The ‘cottage’ was as described however the small ‘garden area’ was over run with vegetation/weeds and was unfortunately unkempt. The property manager was very nice and almost immediately advised I had left my iPad which she organised its return without delay! Fantastic!"

It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. "A true home from home this lovely quaint cottage offers. The owner has gone the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and it has everything you would find in your own home. The bathroom is equipped with a fantastic shower. The garden has a quirky seating area, fantastic for those night's when you want to sit outside and enjoy a meal or drink. Location is excellent and just a short drive to Southport. We'll certainly come again."

The bungalow was warm and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen; the washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful. We found the double bed slightly on the small side."

"Lovely cottage in a gorgeous part of the world. Perfect for 2 couples having a bathroom each was ideal ! Perfect for walking eating out at the many local pubs in the area. 2 within easy walking distance! Then enjoy a cosy evening in around the log burner. Will definitely hope to come back in the summer to appreciate the outside space. All information for property received in time for arrival with exact arrival instructions. "Had a fantastic stay. The cottage is compact but had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was so clean and very cosy.. Perfect location for exploring the area and also close to local pubs and shops. Very dog friendly so we could take ours comfortably. Would love to return in time"
