"Nice hotel. Good distance from any transportation. Friendly staff. The double bed queen room is a little smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Room service took a bit long for some request, but not much of an impact on the stay."

"This was a great hotel and very convenient for business in Westminster. Sadly, the shower was broken which wasn’t ideal and the F&B Supervisor was very rude! She told me I didn’t have breakfast included and when I produced my confirmation email, she said I had to go to reception to verify it was a real confirmation! It was incredibly embarrassing in a line of people waiting to be seated. I did go to reception, verified it and had to queue another 10 minutes and no word of apology or even a...

"Lovely area well connected with underground, lots of walkable sites to explore. Hotel next door is being refurbished which you look onto some noise and talking but nothing too early or late so never bothered us.Food at hotel was first class from the breakfast in the morning all freshly madeeith quality ingredients. Valentines meal again was delicious and didn't disappoint found it value for money compared to other hotels/restaurants. We would definitely return to this hotel. "
