"The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return."

"Inside was clean. Had all the dishes you would need. Also same for bath towels and wash rags. The deck needs to be repaired before someone falls through it. Couple spots are pretty bad. Would be nice if there was better access to the lake. Walking down beside the deck is treacherous. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again. "
