Dock your boat just outside, then come on in for a cool beverage. Put together some appetizers in the full kitchen, or toss your catch of the day onto the private gas grill. Central air conditioning will keep things comfortable if you'd rather eat indoors, though this home's sunshine-colored walls and numerous touches of teal will definitely keep you in the lakeside mood. Recline on the living room's large sectional couch, and younger guests will love having their own space in the upstairs loft. The main bedroom upstairs features an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a balcony with an even wider view of the lake. Ready to relax yet?

Loved the water
Nice water views from patio right on Lake LBJ. The condo and bathrooms were small but had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The hair dryer that was provided was not working. We called the number provided and within a few hours (while we were out) a brand new one was delivered and left at the front door. Comfy furniture and scent free spaces and laundry detergent was much appreciated.

Nice spot on lake
We had a great time on the lake, it was very nice to have a slip for our boat. I am very picky about cleanliness, it should have been much cleaner for the fee I paid. It was an older unit that also needs serious A/C repairs.

Super cute little condo!!
Great location. Great the grill was brand new, all the appliances are top-notch, beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. Great view, sleeps up to eight comfortably. Great for families with children! We loved it, we will be back :-)

Fantastic little condo on the lake
I came to view the total eclipse, and was very happy with the amenities as well as the property. We were able to view the eclipse from the deck, and the host even provided four pair of eclipse glasses for us. I thought that was a really, really nice touch, thank you! The house was very clean and comfortable and cute, and anything we went looking for (various specialty or less common kitchen utensils, full first aid kit, scotch tape, etc) was all there. I was very impressed, it seemed like the host really thought of everything. We also found that it was walking distance to a hotel restaurant, J’s Bar and Grill I think it was, which made excellent food and I found myself wishing we were staying longer so I’d have time to work through their cocktail menu because they were so delicious. Thank you again, we truly enjoyed our stay! Out of all the short-term rentals I’ve stayed at over the years, this has been the absolute best!

This property is right on the water! Setting on the deck, sipping on a cocktail with the beautiful lake n front us was so relaxing! We didn’t have our boat this trip but the boat slips are a little small for two boats!

Ushered in the new year with friends and family. Nice place although bedrooms were a little small and had little space to move around. The view from patio and living room was fantastic. Overall an awesome experience.

Critical review, but in the end, we did not regret our time there.
Hello! This is from a critically picky person who has traveled all over the US and seen many places over the past 20 years. I am honest with my reviews or I would be a worthless reviewer for both owner and potential guest. :). Both positive and negative suggestions are always put forth with a good heart. The good: -We can tell that the owners DO care about people who stay at the home by what was provided. -We appreciated the K-cups for coffee and ESPECIALLY the Splenda! That was very thoughtful. -Decor was adorable. -Nice appliances. -Counters and appliances cleaned well. -good and comfortable bed linens -comfortable enough for me king bed -Deck well swept and comfortable. -Good furniture, especially the couch! -Sweet, sweet community! Good for relaxing and water sports. -BEAUTIFUL views! -Nice little beach “nooks” that we found on each side near the property. -Old condos, but very well maintained property! - I was happy to see that the kitchen sponge was new and still in its package -good clean towels provided - I don’t take very long showers, but I never ran out of hot water and the shower felt clean- a real plus! - our 2 teen girls were happy- all they needed was the beach! The scary: - I don’t like community hand soap, even the liquid form. Ewe. - some wall areas, baseboards, all floors and carpeting were absolutely filthy. I can’t help but notice corners and hard floor surfaces in every place I stay. That is a good indicator of how much care goes into cleaning a space. That is the main reason I wouldn’t be comfortable staying here a second time. - when we were there, it got up to 84 degrees. The air conditioning struggled to cool the upstairs and became uncomfortable for us to sleep that night. I can’t imagine how bad it would be during the long summer. It could not make it below 73-74 which for us, is very warm to sleep in. That’s a big deal. - inside some drawer areas in the kitchen were not very clean. They still had unidentified “stuff”/crumbs hanging around in them. - from what I could see, bathrooms only had one hand towel available. It would be nice to have a second one available for each bathroom. - the living room TV lagged so badly, that we couldn’t use it. It’s nice to wind down and watch a movie a night for us. What would make this a 5 star for me: - first, there is no such thing as perfection, so I base this on what I feel could be attainable and what could gain income for the owners by making their home a more respected and appealing place for guests. More highly positive/detailed reviews= more guests who relate to these posts and will pay to stay there! - fix the problem areas that were suggested - provide a few more towels - provide new hand soaps - I didn’t see salt and pepper, so if there isn’t any, providing packets would be pretty cool. How to have fun here: - beach areas - rent paddle boards for the day - use this place for relaxing - dine outside of resort - goodPlace 2jog

Family 4th of July extended weekend
Great property. Kitchen set up perfect for family meals. Very convenient to all amenities of Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls. Boat dock right out front perfect for those long boat rides at all times of the day. Horseshoe Bay fireworks show a real treat on the boat! Would definitely come again!
