We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

"During my 8 days: * No fresh towels or bedsheets were provided. * I was informed by the manager i needed to empty my own trash. This required me carrying the trash in a bag across the street and leaving it on a public trash dump. * Shower water disposal was totally blocked resulting in me having to shower in ankle deep soap suds. * No housekeeping cleaning service was provided during my 8 day stay. A wall in the room was covered in mildew (I suffer from asthma), so this was a serious health...

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "
