"Another pleasant stay, this was first time with a young baby. Everybody was really welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much for them when we needed extra help. Our only issue: the rooms could do with blackout blinds. However, hotel still deserves 5 star rating as everything else was great. "

It is a very short walk to the centre Annette there are shops, cafes, attractions, etc. The breakfast was outstanding, very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were absolutely fine. The rooms were clean, presentable, comfy, modern and relaxing: perfect. The train station is less than a ten minute walk away which is very handy. We loved this hotel and would / will go back again. Excellent"

"location is good , staff also good, only the 1st room heater was spoil, report to the front desk in the middle of the night and the guy come to my room and said is normal, the whole night was nightmare for me, the think blanket never leaft my body at all. lucky next morning, a lady front desk come to my room and decided to change the room for me, now i'm in the good room and good night sleep "

"We loved our stay here, mostly because the room was so comfortable. We had windows on two sides with a balcony and a beautiful view, the bed was very comfortable and there were 2 nice extra pillows. The bathroom was excellent, with the most amazing shower and nice towels. Breakfast was very good too with a large selection of items. "
