"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. Even though the hotel advertised free parking, the hotel car park was full. "I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. Also an easy walk to all things Falco! It was a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel is not marked "Grandhotel Sluchátko" but "Zámecký hotel" what makes problem to find it. We passed by several times, before the idea came to ask the staff where the Grandhotel Sluchátko is located. The hotel is in reasonable condition, but the tasteless colorful spray-painted graffiti in parts of the interior negative interfere with the ancient atmosphere, and also some of the hanging paintings do not fit the style of the majority. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 11 Personen und zwei Hunde. Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch der Abschied ging Reibungslos und sehr großzügig von statten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich. Ideal zum Wandern, ausruhen und Rad fahren. Aber mit dem Auto kann man gut sehenswertes erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charm und man sieht die Liebe zum Objekt in vielen Details."
