"The Bowser Beach House was perfect for a fall visit with our grandkids. The house is lovely, spacious with vaulted ceilings, nicely furnished with comfortable leather couches and armchairs, and with all the amenities needed. And being literally steps from the beach was awesome. Absolutely perfect accommodation and location. "

"This is a really nice Cottage one of the nicest in the complex. We really enjoyed staying at this property, it’s quiet, really well kept, and the grounds are pristine. It’s a family style vacation spot, there’s no partying. The pool was great, we played pool, tennis and pickleball all day. The air conditioning was a bonus. You can’t go wrong staying here. The property is well managed."

"The pictures does not capture the utmost beauty of the cabin. It was perfect for my month long live/work get away. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for meals. Groceries & restaurants were easy. A fully functional dishwasher, washer & dryer made the stay self sufficient,The wildlife were lovely neighbors (eagles, seals, ducks, seagulls). Celebrated NYE and was able to capture the Northern Lights - magical.The views were spectacular (though there were a few beach goers so it felt a tad fish...

"This is a spacious home in a great location - right on the waterfront with a lovely garden leading to the shore - and in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Herons, seals, birds - peace, water and mountain views. Lovely. This is a 1970's ? home - or thereabouts - so if you are looking for new granite countertops etc, don't come here. "We had an amazing getaway at this beach home. We enjoyed walks on the beach, and watching seals and birds. The home was comfortable, and had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Rich walked us through the home, and was very welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The home is also very close to Comox and Courtenay for a quick grocery/coffee run. We hope to return soon! "

"Everything exactly as advertised. We lucked out and had a great snowy landscape looking out the windows. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights. Would love to come back in the summer and make use of all the water equipment they've been generous enough to share! Location is great proximity to My Washington in the winter too. Neighborhood was very quiet."
